We purchased a phone case at a different Best Buy. They did not have stock on our screen protector. The gentleman at the other location took payment for both items. He was very professional. We picked up our screen saver at this location. An employee told us he would put it on no charge. When it came time to put it on he said because it is the first screen protector we have to pay.That is not the way to do business. Don’t tell a customer you will do something and change your mind. VERY unprofessional!!! We are going back to the original associate. At least he is honest and good with people.
