Absolutely terrible experience with Best Buy overall. 1) Recommended a $3000 computer that crashes daily. 2) Online support couldn't fix it. 3) Left it with the store for 4 days. They also couldn't fix it. 4) Can't call anyone at the store directly to get this resolved. All calls go through AI and an offshore call center. Have to take time out of my day to go into the store again to try to get it resolved. Also purchased GeekSquad. Huge waste of money. Online tells you to talk to the store. Phone doesn't let you talk to the store. So done with these guys.
*EDIT* And now I get their canned "report it on social media" response. Awful.
