Horrible company to deal with. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY THROUGH AMAZON… Best Buy will make your life a nightmare and that nightmare hasn’t ended yet… I’d stay away from ALL Best Buys all together BUT don’t use AMAZON!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible experience with Best Buy overall. 1) Recommended a $3000 computer that crashes daily. 2) Online support couldn't fix it. 3) Left it with the store for 4 days. They also couldn't fix it. 4) Can't call anyone at the store directly to get this resolved. All calls go through AI and an offshore call center. Have to take time out of my day to go into the store again to try to get it resolved. Also purchased GeekSquad. Huge waste of money. Online tells you to talk to the store. Phone doesn't let you talk to the store. So done with these guys.
*EDIT* And now I get their canned "report it on social media" response. Awful.
