Terrible experience. Came to buy a new MacBook. I asked the sales associate if there is a benefit of using my husbands Best Buy credit card to buy the $2500 lap top I was looking at. He said “you get a 15% discount”. We went up to the counter to pay with the same sales associate and then he said it was 5% since we already have a credit card.. even though I told him previously we have one. We paid and walked around and when I looked at the receipt I saw no price difference. I asked another associate and he said you get rewards not a discount. Also took awhile at the geek squad counter to get any help since 3 employees were standing behind the counter chatting. Will never return to this store..

Horrible company to deal with. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY THROUGH AMAZON… Best Buy will make your life a nightmare and that nightmare hasn’t ended yet… I’d stay away from ALL Best Buys all together BUT don’t use AMAZON!!!!!!
