Walked around for 20 minutes, nobody asked if I needed help finding anything. Then spent 15 minutes looking at TV, was going to buy, walked to customer service counter, One employee walked away, went back to TV section looked for 5 more minutes, then watched to checkout with my mouse pad. The person at check out did not even ask if I found everything I was looking for, then didn't even bag my item just handed me a receipt. Wow customer service lacking today!

Wouldn’t allow us to price match an item we found at Sam’s club. It was the ninja possible pro cooker. This is after we were told over the phone they would price match. The manager and cashier were rude. The discrepancy was the color. I even said it’s the SAME item, literally does the SAME thing. The cashier replied well this is what it is. Well actually what it is, is I called into customer service and asked. The woman on the phone looked up the item and agreed we should have been allowed to price match. I feel the manager was just pushing his power around. We had other items we had planned to purchase as well, including a JBL speaker. I no longer wanted to spend my money there. But thank you so much Best Buy customer service for helping us! It was truly appreciated.
