I don't know why but I tried to apply for a Best Buy credit card and it wouldn't go through and I have excellent credit and I don't understand the problem I was not very happy

As Citibank, N.A. is the issuer of our credit cards, I'm not sure why they had declined an account for you, but you can connect with the Best Buy Credit Card support team through Citibank at (888) 574-1301. They should also send a letter with an explanation via U.S. mail within about 30-days. That said, if you should need any other assistance, please send a private message on one of our social media platforms, Facebook (facebook.com/BestBuy), Twitter/X (twitter.com/BestBuySupport), or Instagram (instagram.com/bestbuy), with your full name, phone number, email address, and mention your "Google review 64845858" in your message to us.

It's a shame that this is our last electronics store in the area. When you walk into a store and there's more employees than customers, you wouldn't expect it difficult to get some help. I just left the Best buy in Ontario, I was one of three customers in the store, was looking for a computer keyboard cover. After making four laps with a walking boot on I had to give up. I would love to support our local economy, but it looks like I will have to buy this one online.
