Store is fine, never had issues with getting help and never had any issues with staff. The call center however, is hot garbage. Text support is useless. If you have a couple brain cells and can use the app, then no need to ever call or try and use any support as it’s a waste of time. The support they offer is for people with zero access to the internet, which is almost no one. Pointless service and what’s worse, Best Buy pays for this useless service.

Went to this best buy to get a phone. Eric waited on me,and he was great and acknowledged with phones. While setting it up he said go have lunch,we did came back 50 mins later and it was done . I love my new phone. Got a Samsung galaxy s24 se. Works so much like my Motorola. Thanks alot Eric. No complaints.
