Visited on 6-25-26 in my latest. Been coming to this store for decades, having bought most of my major electronics here, Best Buy, particularly this one always meets my needs. Dropped $2100 on an entire new gaming PC, monitor etc my latest, and everything I'd needed or wanted was actually In-Stock , In-Store which never seems to happen. Service was prompt, they'd approached us. Sold what we needed, but wasn't a hassle regarding up sale beyond our desire. Very knowledgeable about the product, I'd appreciated Bob, who I had made the purchase from. They gathered it up, carried it out, and had me on my way in less than 30minutes. PC is back in the house and operating like everything I'd dreamed. I'll continue to shop here for all of my major electronics, appliances, etc.

Some of the managers are a bit rude here. And it would be nice to have people that knew a little bit more about the products as I was looking for a router and asked for somebody that knew about them and the guy said he did and upon asking a little more advanced questions rather than how many antennas does the thing have.. He was on his phone googling the information which I already had told him I had done that and that's the reason I was here to talk to a professional geek squad associate.
