⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I came into Best Buy with A LOT of questions, needs, and honestly, a little bit of chaos 😂. Elliot was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was kind, patient, and polite, and he took the time to walk me through everything step by step without ever making me feel rushed or like I was being a bother. Trust me, I’m a mess when it comes to these kinds of decisions, so patience is definitely appreciated! We went through my trade-in options and unfortunately, I wasn’t getting anything back from those. I then explained to Elliot exactly what my goal was: I needed a MacBook Neo for my college education, but I was nervous about making the right choice and navigating the whole process. Elliot listened to what I actually needed, answered every question I had, and helped me find the perfect fit. What I expected to be a stressful and complicated process ended up being SO much easier because of him. I never felt pressured, judged, or like I was being sold something I didn’t need. He genuinely seemed to care about helping me find what was right for me. I actually took time out of my day specifically to write this review because I was THAT pleased with my experience. Customer service like this deserves to be recognized. THANK YOU, ELLIOT! You made what I was so nervous about doing feel easy, and I truly appreciate all of your help! Don’t go to this location for any Apple work! First of all they don’t have the tools required to do the job (GeekSquad tech told me himself). Then they tried to charge me $100 for a battery replacement on my iPhone with AppleCare. Said they couldn’t ring it up any other way, although said it should be $29. I told them Apple said it should be free, and they insisted I was wrong. I left the store and went directly to the Apple Store the next day and they replaced it for $0 as expected. So don’t trust these people with your Apple devices as they will overcharge you!

Nice place staff is typically decent but the prices could be better I know they gotta make a few extra bucks since they are starting to phase out like block buster but over all they do a very good job
