We had a pickup for a 85in TV on 02/01 we originally thought the tv was not going to fit as we couldn't get our pickup truck cover open, Ryan went out of his way in 10° weather to help us and was able to safely and effectively fold up the frozen cover enough to fit the TV. The costumer service Ryan presented was one of the best we have experienced. I hope Best Buy knows how lucky they are to have Ryan on their team.

Purchased a 50 inch Insignia TV, with 5 year protection plan. When we set it up at home 1/2 the screen was just multi colored lines, could not get the picture to work. We were told that with the protection plan if there was any problem since it was over 40 inches they would come to the home and either repair or replace. Called customer service, they said it was not repairable and if we wanted a replacement tv we would have to buy a new tv which they would deliver but we would have to bring the broken tv back to the store for a refund. Why bother to purchase a protection plan when they do not honor it after 24 hours! Will never purchase from Best Buy again.
