I bought an ROG Xbox Ally X in store and paid cash. The item wasn’t what I was expecting so I returned it with in the 15 day return window and still haven’t received my refund for the $1,000.00 I paid. I call customer service and they have no record of me buying the system even though I have my refund receipt. Either I get my money back or I call a lawyer. This isn’t some $80 game this is a thousand dollars of my hard earned money. So either give me back my system or give me my money.

Shout out to best buy for keeping prices down and keeping it fair just got pokemon cards the cheapest than I've ever gotten anywhere and was actually able to buy because of the limits, ill try to do more shopping here for electronics and other things they sell other than my pokemon cards thanks again

Went in a bit after they opened. Looking for a desktop computer and a new tv. My computer died and I want a TV for the Super Bowl. In there for twenty minutes and two employees stared at me but did not offer help. Ended up leaving without being helped and without buying anything because I couldn’t get helped. Disappoints me.
