Your phone people are really bad. So I went into the Mentor store. Great experience. The young greeter was great. Everyone was nice and helpful. But you really need to work on the people who answer the phone. Do you outsource this….because it shows.

Literally went 20 minutes out of my way for them to have nothing what they said they did online. Just for the guys to say “order it online” I came in to avoid your overpriced shipping fees and not even have to wait, nah you guys have nothing. I won’t be back to this location or ordering anything from Best Buy, because apparently, it’s all online, and if it’s online, I’m not paying 25+ dollars for shipping. Simple.
