Purchased a 50 inch Insignia TV, with 5 year protection plan. When we set it up at home 1/2 the screen was just multi colored lines, could not get the picture to work. We were told that with the protection plan if there was any problem since it was over 40 inches they would come to the home and either repair or replace. Called customer service, they said it was not repairable and if we wanted a replacement tv we would have to buy a new tv which they would deliver but we would have to bring the broken tv back to the store for a refund. Why bother to purchase a protection plan when they do not honor it after 24 hours! Will never purchase from Best Buy again.

I bought an ROG Xbox Ally X in store and paid cash. The item wasn’t what I was expecting so I returned it with in the 15 day return window and still haven’t received my refund for the $1,000.00 I paid. I call customer service and they have no record of me buying the system even though I have my refund receipt. Either I get my money back or I call a lawyer. This isn’t some $80 game this is a thousand dollars of my hard earned money. So either give me back my system or give me my money.

Shout out to best buy for keeping prices down and keeping it fair just got pokemon cards the cheapest than I've ever gotten anywhere and was actually able to buy because of the limits, ill try to do more shopping here for electronics and other things they sell other than my pokemon cards thanks again
