I’ve been trying to call the local store for almost an hour and keep getting routed to customer service who keeps telling me to go to the local store. We’re in the middle of a snow storm, store closes in 21 minutes, is my product even available? Their call system is an absolute joke and the customer service is even worse. Why have a local number if no one answers it?

Just was told at the Niles, Ohio store that I am to tell them if I need assistance when I walk in by the store manager. Well, if I was greeted when I walked in, I may have. However, considering I was looking in numerous departments, not sure if assistance was going to be needed at first. After looking for my one item, I moved to the next department where I browsed and could not find what I needed. I told 2 associates I needed assistance. After waiting 30 minutes and not receiving any, I left. The manager, as I was leaving, then told me this 'unspoken and unposted policy' as if it was MY fault I did not get help because I did not tell him I needed assistance when I first went into the store. Thank you for a super failed attempt at customer service. Kim

When someone comes in and says they have an exact amount of money to spend on a product don’t ring them up for something more than that amount then spend 20 mins trying to get them to sign up for credit cards and payment plans just wast of time and unnecessary stress do better ya coulda got a commission but now you get none cause you overshot on purpose.
