Went to the Niles Best Buy to look at antennas no salesperson would help we ask the front door hostess he said 5 to 10 mins we waited 20 mins then little longer they were standing around chit-chatting we ask the door hostess again he was very rude we left never again went Boardman we got the nicest sales person here name was Sierra

Although my salesman was good. The store service is awful we purchased a television NOT open box get it home to use and it’s missing the remote and plug. Call store number which connects me directly to foreign speaking customer service which you can’t understand and they tell me I have to package it back up and take it to the store. I ask to connect me to the store they can’t do that they gave me an extension to call and use. Called at 7:40 pm they make you leave a message nobody answers the phone or returns the call and they close at 8:00. If a store wants to be a brick and mortar store then they should give you the service you deserve. What an incredible inconvenience and they don’t even answer the phone make you bring the whole thing back. Worst experience ever!!!!

The warranty for tvs is useless. Bought a 5 year protection plan for over $100 and I have to schedule an in-house review of the tv. Perfect! At least someone is going to look at it. But, you can never return the tv, only have it replaced or repaired. So the tv that is clearly malfunctions and I would just like to get a new one is pointless because they would never take it back. No point in buying the protection because it also doesn’t cover any physical damage. Ridiculous.
