I bought a new Gaming keyboard and mouse today, was asked several times if I needed help but when I would ask about what I needed help with the first guy basically told me he didn't know what I should do when I asked what I should do to my desktop. Upgrade or look at buying new . Gave him the specs and everything. The second employee was a little more help but neither one actually helped me get any further then where I was.

I was having a terrible day, and when I got there I was told I was going to have to wait 5 hours until the geek squad guy could see me I was never told I Should make an appointment when i called the onlinephone number. Unfortunately, Best Buy like a lot of companies are outsourcing calls outside of the US. So I drove almost 2 hours to the store. I was thinking I wasn't gonna be seen and luckily the store manager.That was there that day can't remember his name he was very, very helpful and answered all the questions.I needed to answered I really appreciated his help thank you.

Was guaranteed a delivery after 5pm, now it’s the day of the delivery and they’re trying to deliver it at 10am. Talked to multiple customer service people leading up to the day of delivery and they assured me it was fine with a 5pm delivery. I will NEVER order anything from Best Buy again. The communication is a joke.
