I went here to buy a PS5 and had a ton of questions and walked over to a group of employees for help. A employee named Charles was more than willing to help and he gave me info on the PS5, games, and monitors I could buy so that I could have the best gaming experience possible. Had some trouble with the credit card because of an old address on file and he called the bank and resolved the issue efficiently. Very impressed. He was super knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and had outstanding customer service. Will definitely be back. Appreciate you Charles!

*** READ BEFORE PURCHASING ONLINE *** I purchased a MacBook Pro on September 2, 25. Best Buy didn’t have one in store so I was directed to order one through their official website which cost me around +$1,500.00! Far from cheap! Less than a week after the MacBook was received in the mail I started experiencing issues to where after a minute or two from logging in I would get kicked back to the locked Home Screen and the laptop would just constantly restart not allowing me to do anything. It showed a software update so I tried downloading it and it just kept shutting off before the update would complete. I finally was able to find time to take the MacBook into Best Buy so Geek Squad could look at it. Within 10 minutes Geek Squad was able to confirm it was a hardware issue and that I needed to swap for a new one. Once we started the swap Best Buy then informs me that I can not do a swap because I purchased it through a 3rd party retailer even though I purchased it from their official website to which I was directed to by a employee. According to the manager at Best Buy they allow 3rd party retailers to use their website to sell products so I unfortunately got duped into purchasing a expensive product from a retailer I would’ve never of paid attention to or purchased from in my life. So they ended up having to cancel the swap because according to the manager I didn’t buy the MacBook Pro from Best Buy even though I purchased it on and from their website. I’m now stuck with a +$1,500.00 dollar paper weight trying to get ahold of this janky 3rd party retailer to initiate a return or refund even though it says the product isn’t eligible for return not even after a month from the purchase date. Sounds to me like this 3rd party retailer knew they were selling junk. Best Buy should be completely ashamed of themselves and they are a joke of a establishment if this is how they operate. I will honestly never spend a penny again online through their website. Depending how this situation is resolved I will never give Best Buy my business again as well.
