Called to see if a tv was in stock was told it was and was offered to buy it from a text message link. I drove 45 minutes up there instead and when I got there they couldn't find the tv, even though their system showed it in stock. Another employee saw i was upset and came over and said it's here for sure unless somebody walked out with it and didn't pay. So he had me wait around while they looked. I waited another half hour and nobody came over and told.me anything either way. Wasted 2 hours of my day when I have people coming over for the game the next day and a million things to do already. Just terrible customer service but I guess that's normal now.
