Beware door dash is how these guys do delivery… the people that can hardly deliver a French fry will be bringing your expensive electronic.
And noo will not respond to you customer service. I’ve already spent hours on your phone with your rude customer service who are incredibly unhelpful and have only made the situation worse.

Terrible experience at the North Olmsted location today. I came in on my lunch to try to purchase an expensive gaming handheld but I could not find a single employee on the floor. I wasted 20 minutes and left empty handed. This happened to be the second time recently Ive come in and there are no employees to be found. Best Buy has really gone downhill sadly.
