I was sad to learn that they recommended I get a new TV rather than fix my only 3 year old TV that was a gift from my son. TVs should last longer and/or not cost so much if they don't last! This used to be a fun store to visit way back when they first started.

1 star. Total waste of time.
Scheduled an appointment through Apple Support to replace an iPhone charger under AppleCare, and this Best Buy showed as the closest option. After waiting nearly an hour, Geek Squad told us they don’t even handle charger replacements. So why allow the appointment to be booked in the first place?
We decided to go speak with someone else and ironically ended up speaking to the store manager, Stephan, who was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of helping or escalating the issue, he blamed Apple and told us to “call the 888 number” with an attitude. This is completely unacceptable behavior from someone in a management position. A store manager should be focused on providing solutions, even if the issue originates elsewhere. At the very least, he could have shown empathy, offered to escalate the concern, or helped ensure other customers don’t run into the same issue.
Poor communication, poor customer service, and zero accountability. Save yourself the trip and just go to the Apple Store Easton instead.
Please don't go here. These people are ridiculous and have no idea what they are doing, they spend more time on their phones than assisting customers. The manager was too busy up front talking about his car problems to actually be able to run this store! What a joke guys!
