I've been to this location several times over the years and I've never once had a bad experience here. Wish they didn't nuke their physical media selection but that's not really the store's fault, moreso the company's. Aside from that, I love coming in here.

The customer service is like the old saying, nothing good comes fast. We've had so many issues with things we've purchased for our new apartment (none on Best Buys end, all manufacturer issues). With that being said, they did a phenomenal job of making it right. Not within a short period of time, though. Typically only 1 person working the counter. But I would much rather wait a bit, and be taken care of FULLY than be rushed out without a solution. All in all, I'm extremely happy with how they handled things & at the end of the day the wait was worth it.
