You can no longer call location to ask about availability of certain items, wasting precious time and expensive gad just to find out if an item is available or on sale at any best buy location. I don't recommend doing business with best buy given this anti consumer and unprofessional policy

This bald guy with the beard and gauges is so unprofessional. Rude to every single customer. I understand if retail is stressful, but maybe you should find a new job instead of getting mad at customers because you have a terrible life.
This manager should be fired. He has no clue how to run a store. I waited for 45 minutes for one item.

Watched 10 blue shirts walk by talking to coworkers. The bald manager with a beard has no control of the store and is clueless on how to manage a staff.
As a business owner myself, I'd be dissapointed if this was my business. Have 3 people at the door to greet and 1 person at a register.
Do not recommend shopping here, go find the product online, it'll be quicker
