DO NOT SHOP HERE. I went in to purchase a washer and dryer and was assisted by an employee named Marcus. While trying to process a price match, he asked to use my phone so he could check Home Depot’s app. He then walked over to a computer with my phone in hand. When I approached to see if he had found the item, I noticed he immediately closed my Photos app — where I store private and personal photos of my wife and myself. His reaction made it obvious he had been going through my personal photos without permission. I confronted him immediately. On the way to speak with management, he began using his own phone, which made me concerned he may have transferred or deleted something. The manager, Stephen Helsel, showed little concern about the situation or the clear violation of my privacy. Marcus allowed the manager to view his photo gallery, but when I requested to see his “Recently Deleted” folder, he refused and stated he was “not comfortable” doing so. This entire experience was disturbing, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Customers should never have to worry about employees accessing private information or personal photos while simply trying to make a purchase.

Ok. I went pick my order. The front desk welcomed me and showed me where I go. Then I wanted to buy something but they're not helpful. There were about 5 guys. I ask them twice but they're not moved.

I stopped at this Best Buy ready to make a purchase, but the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. We spoke with a staff member who radioed for assistance, but no one ever came to help us. We waited in the department for quite a while with no employees around to answer questions or assist with the purchase. After waiting, we went to the employee at the front entrance and asked again for help. He also radioed for assistance, but once again, no one responded or came to help us. After standing around even longer, we finally gave up and left the store without making our purchase. This location appears to be severely lacking in customer support. There was no staff available to assist customers, answer questions, or complete purchases. It was one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had, and unfortunately I would not recommend this location to others.
