Today is the third time best buy sent a technician to my house to fix my dryer that is under warranty & it is still not fixed. You may want to reconsider before you make a purchase from best buy

Most awful custom service ever! I despise this place. Said they would deliver my washer on Wednesday between 3 n 7p. They call me at 1p n say they r at my place. I was at work. I said u arnt supposed to be there yet. Driver was like too bad we will come back Saturday. I said I need it now Lowes was going to deliver to me 2 days sooner than u guys. He's just rude to me n says Saturday lady. I said this isn't my fault worker at best buy said Wednesday 3 to 7. I called customer service explained what happened they told me ok soonest we hv is Saturday. I said I hv kids been without a washer for a week please I need it before Saturday. I could hv went with Lowes I hv before never had this problem. He said ok we will refund go with Lowes I said how long will that take he said 7 to 10 business days I said he didnt take 7 to 10 for ya all to take my money! Rudest ppl I hv ever dealt with then Saturday they didnt even set up my appointment at all this time! I was irrate by this time.My friend said same thing happened to her with them. This is the best buy in Reynoldsburg. They r the absolute 💯 worst place I've ever dealt with! Im thinking about calling the better business bureau on them. I shouldn't be getting treated this way by a business I just gave my entire paycheck to!!! Custom service hung up on me 3 times.🤬🤬🤬
