This best buy is small and lacks products , you're probably better off ordering online vs in store. They were out of stock on several items I wanted .

My brother bought a new tv for his home and it was to be delivered and set up in his home today, June 18. However, Best Buy refused to deliver because my brother was not at home and my sister-in-law’s name was not on the purchase. Even when she explained that my brother is in the hospital, they refused to deliver to their home. Told my sister-in-law that she would have to go thru “resolution”. Like she needs more to do with my brother in the hospital! The delivery was to the same address on the ticket! Talk about insensitive!! And ridiculous!! So Best Buy can now lose the expensive cost of that purchase and set-up, as they should for being so insensitive! I won’t buy from Best Buy again.

Great service but often get under staffed
