I would give a zero if I could.
I purchased an open box Dacor fridge. This store talked me into a Geek Squad membership to cover any issues. It was missing pieces and when I called for support Best Buy/Geek Squad told me that they could not do anything to help me and the Geek Squad membership is worthless.
Buyer beware!
