Bought a washer and spent $100 on deliver only to be told half an hour before my confirmed window they can't come. The deliver company says they don't have the washer and to call Best Buy, and the Best Buy customer service is useless. No way to get in contact with the actual store, just their overseas call center. Guess I'll take another day off work to see if it shows up. Update: They cancelled a second time, 2 hours before my confirmed appointment window. Update: We decided to pick up the washer ourselves. I'm giving a star back because the manger at the store, JaySee, was helpful and kind. My in store experience was great, the staff was wonderful, but it's Best Buy's corporate that will stop me from shopping with Best Buy again. You can't contact the store directly, instead you go to an oversees call center and the reps there can't help you. Their 3rd party delivery is unreliable. I wouldn't recommend Best Buy until they make changes at a corporate level, no matter how lovely their in store staff are.

DO NOT GET DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE! People are friendly but their delivery system does not work. We ordered a fridge, it didn't work and they just left it at our home. All of our food was destroyed. Customer service was no help. We got another fridge which we had to wait 7 days to get new delivery. That person just said fridge door didn't work after arriving and left. Warehouse said there was no issue with fridge. No one is any help and can't do anything except make us wait a few more days to try another delivery. DO NOT BUY until they get their third party delivery fixed. WORST experience we have ever had and no one has any authority to fix anything. We are now 3 weeks without a fridge.
