I should have made this review a while ago. The young people working needs to be trained more! I asked did they have a payment plan because I bought a washer. The young lady said it's a visa card with no apr rate for a year I could sign up for. She asked if I wanted them to remove my old washer, I told her I was unsure, but could I add that on later. She stated yes just come in and tell us. When I came to the store the manager said I couldn't do it. I told him this was an inconvenience and that we would have to change the delivery date because I still had my old washer. he told me I couldn't change the delivery date. So asked what am I supposed to do because I don't have room for two washers and the new one needs to be set up. So finally, we agreed to just set up another day for the washer to be picked up. I had got the visa card, but it never came in the mail the young lady told me just give my zip code and I could use my card in store WITHOUT the physical card. surprise couldn't use the card because she put something in wrong. So, I had to pay out of pocket even tho I had the card. My address was also wrong. Fast forward to NOW the young lady told me it was no APR rate I check my card and I have been getting charged a APR rate. its no apr rate for best buy products ONLY! so I just had to pay 600.00 dollars at the end of the month plus bills come out at the first because I didn't want the APR rate to keep going up. If she was trained correctly all of this could have been avoided.

Allot of washers, drivers, fridges, stoves, not so much in other electronics.
Staff was very friendly and helpful! Prices were great! Checkout was simple. The only issue is the fact that corporate does not allow you to call the store directly with questions. Which is very silly considering the nature of this specific store
