I was excited to have a Best Buy back in Lawton. Before I had to do my shopping mostly in okc when i was there or make a trip. I preordered an ally x20 handheld gaming system. I had previously bought an ally x from this Best Buy and the right joystick broke within a couple hours of playing it. Took it back up there they exhchanged it for another. Took it home and same joystick was broke right out of the box. So i said forget it. Ill pre order the new one and put that money towards it. Mind you I made this purchase because I spend a lot of time staying weeks in hospitals due to my dad having cancer and his chemo treatments. I had just gotten back from one of those stays and went to get my pre order. I was told by management that they scanned the wrong ally x20 in as mine but it wasnt mine. And then mine came in the next day but they had already canceled my order and sold it. None of the stock was for the store. They were all pre ordered. They sold my ally x 20 and were going to just cancel my order and refund my money. The best they could do was recreate the order and ship it to my home address. I wasnt offered any compensation or anything other than a sorry.
