I can’t say enough good things about the team at Best Buy! Our family was in a bind when our deep freezer stopped working, and every other store in town either had nothing available or couldn’t help us in time. Mickey and Nathan went above and beyond to help us find a solution before we lost hundreds of dollars worth of food.
They worked their magic and were able to get us a floor-model freezer right before closing time. Their customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help during an emergency were outstanding. We were also in and out within 30 minutes!
If you’re looking for appliances or great customer service, I highly recommend stopping by Best Buy before anywhere else. Mickey and Nathan truly saved the day for us. Thank you both for going the extra mile! 10/10 recommend!
