Came in with a new Galaxy Z fold 7 to get a screen protector and a case, literally no customer service to be found, employees walking around giggling and talking but no one cared to see I needed help!
I tried to ask the one girl that was actually helping someone, she tried…..but the one’s just walking around and seen me didn’t even bother!
Won’t be back!
I found exactly what I was looking for at a price below what I was expecting to pay.
My salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and professional. And very friendly.

Saw an item that said it was in stock at this store, came to the store to purchase, the gentlemen said he didn’t know were the item was in the store so he would recommend me find somthing else for 300$ more then the price of the item I came for rather then him finding the item in the store. I explained to him that I really would like the item I came for and if he could find it or ask somone to help him. I asked if there was someone else that could help, he responded with “NOPE.” He had a posture of indifference, very bad attitude. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he then informed me he was the supervisor. His name is CHRISTIAN. I addressed the disrespect and it turned into a back and forth. So unprofessional from a member of their leadership team. The supervisor above him is “Lexi” which he told me she was leaving so there wouldn’t be much done on her end either.
