Do not contact via phone. In store employees are helpful and able to speak to the equipment/tech provided, but a phone call will result in a 2 hour long endeavor trying to get simple solutions that their call center personnel are not equipped to handle and an AI that cannot operate properly (transfers to wrong departments/does not take notes relevant to conversation/issue)

I get that the people are suppose to upsell and try to offer help to you. But after saying multiple times we were just browsing the sales people would not stop following us or leave us alone to look and decide what we wanted. Such a weird experience. Safe to say I will just shop online from here now on. I wanted to buy a Xbox but I rather wait than be hassled and rushed. Also again I get that they are suppose to upsell but when someone says they aren’t interested in getting phone service through yall, you should get the hint and stop asking us over and over again
