I like how the person in the front is almost like a search bar 😅just ask them what you need and someone will come and lead you to it and explain everything.
Deceptive sales tactics (bait and switch) led to my wife getting a new phone when all she went to this store for was a new screen protector. (She had a lifetime warranty.) She was told she could return it within 14 days. Phone was unacceptable so she went back. Now she was told no returns--only exchanges (but they had none of the phones she wanted)--plus they charged a restocking fee. (Still not sure that was a Best Buy or AT&T policy. We were told BOTH.) After over a week, no phone! (Promised delivery two different days, drove in four times--no go!) Eventually told it was "stolen off the Fed-Ex truck!") My wife is recovering from surgeries and was isolated at home with no means of communication! This store seems confused and incompetent--definitely didn't go out of their way to provide customer service. Blamed third party vendors, etc. instead of taking responsibility. Do not answer calls or texts--I was redirected three times to regional customer service, which is absolutely no help.
