Ordered a device for my elderly grandfather to be more safe and independent. Specifically put this store on the order. Get notified it's ready for pickup, only to see it's at the best buy halfway across OKC. I change the pickup location back to this location. It says it's ready, so I go in. Lazy A behind the counter says it's not at this store. I show the damn order to her she, says nope it's not ready here so she can't do anything. Fifteen steps away is the damn item I ordered. She says you can request a refund and wait a week or two for a refund and just buy it out right. ALL BECAUSE SHE WAS TOO DAMN LAZY TO DO HER JOB! I knew there was a reason I haven't shopped here in years. This company has the WORST employees and the stores are always dirty and hard to find anything in.
The representatives were very helpful. I was having trouble finding a section on my own, so 3 of their representatives assisted me on finding the sections I needed.
Seriously, surprised and shocked by how horrible it is to try to order a laptop online. I tried to order a laptop and it said everything was fine after taking forever to continuously charge my card. I called my credit card company and they said it was the Best Buy system. I called and got sent to India. I actually called the store phone number. The guy kept putting me on hold and they were supposed to give me 24 hours for when I ordered it to change the payment which I tried immediately. They just canceled my order five hours earlier than 24 hours. I’m so done with Best Buy. I don’t even wanna try to order it again. I will just go somewhere else. Very disappointed with spending almost 24 hours trying to buy this computer and now I have nothing. I’m pretty sure the owners would be Disappointed as well. Money, you’re missing out on for the rest of my life. I will not shop there anymore.

Bought a new chest freezer and waited a week for it to get here and finally when I unboxed it and started to hookup everything and the door lock latch is missing and now they're getting me to run around and wants me return the freezer and wait another 6 days for another one come in that could possibly have the same deal it says just sending out the door lock lights to me.
