Frankly, should be 0 stars. If you try to call the LOCAL number for this store you will get their AI bot. If you try to speak to someone in store you can’t, at all. It took nearly an hour to find out if they carry disc readers in store. No I will not create a log in for their website. What should have taken maybe 5 minutes took nearly an hour. Same with their little text service I hope every AI Center is gutted for copper, and I hope Best Buy loses every cent of profit because of their insistence to use AI. All I needed was to ask a store employee a question. Disgusting
