Avoid the Insignia TV brand like the plague. Piece of crap lasted 2 months and then just quit. I'll never buy another TV from Best Buy.

They had the large purchase equipment I needed in stock today which made me very happy after last week's deboggle with ---a different large purchase of equipment and HORRIBLE PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE a faint memory. (foreign country reps trying to speak English and not able to help in any way)
I used to be able to call the store directly and talk to Geek Dept in the past about an appmt or other service related question but it's virtually impossible now. No matter if you beg to talk to a live agent or not, it's still a horrible CS process today. I program AI so I love it in many ways but their AI Phone model is absolutely horrible which is shocking for a tech company of their size. THEN after an extensive amount of time going on circles with AI bots you finally can get a live person but like I said earlier, they're inept and have no real ability to help get you to the Geek dept.
Today's live Advisor was weak, not very sales oriented and if I hadn't been determined to find and purchase the equipment that the website said they had in stock- he would have been happy with saying: don't think we have it and lost a sale.
He knew nothing about it, couldn't answer any questions, we gave up and just said - we'll take it... Management and training and process specialist work is needed at every level it seems.
Between our 3 businesses we spend a lot here. Hoping things improve.

Never had a issue they've price matched a couple times and make it easy to get in get what I need and leave you guys are doing awesome
