Sold me a Microsoft program instead of windows 11.
We were greeted at the door by a chipper and knowledgeable young lady who directed us to the back of the store where we met Ren. Ren was able to help us find our product and check us out in timely manner. On the way out, another associate politely checked on us as well.

I bought a surround system online for curbside pickup. It stated it would be available for pickup on Saturday, June 6,2026 and I would be notified as to what time I can pick it up.
June 6th came and I didn’t receive any notification, so I went back to my order confirmation. The confirmation states it will not arrive until Saturday, June 13, 2026.
I went to the Best Buy website and looked at the surround sound system and if I ordered now (5 days after my order), it states it would be available on Tuesday, June 9, 2026.
Basically, I could cancel my order from 5 days ago, reorder the same thing, and get it four days earlier than my original order (providing the posted pickup day would stand).
This will certainly be my last online order at Best Buy and/or my last buying anything from Best Buy.
