Friendly staff, had what I was looking for at a reasonable price.
Staff was helpful when I ask questions
Trying to call the store, and the automated "service" sucks. When I ask for a human, it wants more information, and if you don't give it, it hangs up on you. Do better Best Buy! Or it says all agents are busy, and placed on hold for much longer that necessary. I've been in the store, agents are not that busy.
