I called geek squad to find a way to pay for my daughters desk top computer. The guy that helped me was nice but for some reason they wouldn’t take a payment over the phone. He transferred me over to billing department and I was on hold for over 20 mins so I hung up. Extremely frustrating when you cannot pay for something over the phone.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. If you're buying any Mac products, just go to the Apple Store. It's simpler, and they won't mislead you about your AppleCare. We purchased AppleCare with our Mac, but somehow it became contingent on keeping their membership. Now, months later, we’re trying to repair a cracked screen and find out we have no AppleCare. Customer service was rude, and the tech desk won’t even accept Macs after 7:00 PM, even if you have an appointment. By the way, they don’t inform you of that when you book. I wasted about 9 hours of my day driving back and forth and being on the phone with customer service. Do yourself a favor and skip the hassle—just buy from the Apple Store.

My wife and I were looking for a laptop for her business. When we arrived a young man named Michael started showing us what they had. We decided on a laptop after about an hour and decided to wait till the ext day to pick it up, when we arrived the following day to get the computer we had to ask another salesperson for help because Michael was busy. The new person then advised us that they don't even have that computer in stock. I don't know why we spent an hour and a half in two days trying to buy a laptop they don't even have and when I mentioned my disappointment to the young lady at the front door station she just laughed like it was funny. Trying to purchase a laptop at this Best Buy was a very disappointing experience and waist of our valuable time.
