I recently had one of the worst retail experiences at Best Buy. It seems like the staff are only there to talk amongst themselves rather than help the customers. I had to wait an absurd amount of time just to get someone’s attention, and when I finally did, their attitude made it clear I was interrupting their social hour.
To make matters worse, I tried calling the store before coming in, and the phone was answered rudely with no real assistance. I was told I’d have to come in to speak to a manager because apparently, they don’t take calls. When I did, the manager was completely useless and couldn’t fix the issue that they caused in the first place. Talk about a waste of time.
To top it off, the store looks like it’s on the verge of closing down — shelves half-empty, hardly any staff actually working. It’s clear customer service isn’t a priority for them, and it’s not worth your time to shop there. Avoid this location at all costs!
