Went with money in hand to replace my phone. Looked at phones, said Good Morning to a rep, saw others at different areas within eye sight; even set an alarm off by touching one of the phones.....no assistance. Alarm was still going off when I left. As walking out, then someone asked if they could help me. Sorry, too late.
