Horrible customer service. For starters, I was ignored by multiple employees. I made a return and was not given a receipt of any kind. When I asked for a receipt I was told "you can check on line". What? One staff had a strong smell of alcohol from his breath. I felt discounted & invisible by the 3 men who assisted me & nobody could give me a receipt. They were rude & one guy was laughing at me. I finally asked if I could look on the screen and print something myself! UNACCEPTABLE.

It was great dealing with Best Buy at N.May store. Daniel was knowledgeable and professional, so helpful in the TV selection shopping process, great source for information. Makes such a difference in decision to purchase a new TV. Impressed with Nathan and Josh, superior in-home service techs.
