The website showed that they had a number of TVs that I could pick up. But when I arrived they were sold out of all except one, in an open box. I asked them carefully if it was okay. They assured me that it was "inspected and tested".I believed them .I'm old and it was 20 degrees with a 40 mph wind. I just wanted to replace my broken TV. I bought it, and left...Got home...They failed to mention there was no remote...It was useless. I called and was told that there was generally something missing from an open box as if I was a fool . I had been had ..Back into the subzero the wind I went..To drop it off, angrily. They told me I was rude and pointed me dismissingly to customer service...As I stood in line waiting,a nice man offered me a remote ..But that ship had sailed. I just wanted to go home and get warm. These people are friendly. They are not your friends.

These people are irresponsible, and so is their customer service. They will sell you an item that is not open box, then ship you one that is. Then, when it doesn't have the parts that should be in the box, the Customer service will give you the run around for literal days.
They are a total corporate sham, taking advantage of disabled people and selling shoddy merch.

Fantastic experience!!! After our experience yesterday at the Stillwater store, my faith in Best Buy and the employees was not great. However, this store and Celio in particular has restored the faith. He helped us find the item we saw online and carried it to the register. Several employees around the store were helping customers and even carrying things out to load in cars. Appreciate the great service and helpfulness that was offered as we visited the store
