I made the mistake of popping in here to get a Nintendo switch game for my kid. I talked to zero Best Buy employees but two different AT&T people followed me around the store after I politely told them I wasn't interested. Can we collectively stop with this crap? Everyone know what their cell phone, TV and Internet options are at this point. Honestly, I got no issues with the initial reach out but man when someone else says no thank you let them go. Don't follow me around like a gaggle of teenagers. I'm sure Best Buy gets some sort of kickback on it and again, that's cool but take it down a notch, please.
Ernest and Mike might be the two worst retail employees I’ve come across. Yes, it’s retail. Yes, retail is annoying and difficult. From the dismissive greeting, to the entire interaction. I’m simply trying to purchase an open box computer. Which is marked excellent condition with nothing missing. Everything was missing, no big deal, don’t really need it all. Simply asked where everything was, they couldn’t find it. Offered me $100 off, sure, no big deal. Couldn’t get the price fixed, had to be store credit, again, no big deal. When asked if I’m buying a keyboard and mouse (I’m not) the response of “then you don’t need the money off then” is insane. I didn’t even ASK for the $$ off, it’s $100 on an open box, who cares. Incredible things happening in this location. I wonder why retail is a dying industry
