Ok so I visited this store for a new Fitbit, asked for help and was directed to the so called Fitbit area, absolutely nothing in stock, salesman said we can order, I said I can do that on my own, looked at some samsung watches on display and you can't even power them up to see the features because they're fake , according to the salesman they have to much theft. NOT MY PROBLEM, This visit reminded me why I stopped shopping at Best Buy.

Didn't have a problem getting help this time. Last time I visited the store if you want to talk to kept telling me that was not their department
Ernest the Store manager get it done, very knowledgeable! All the while answering questions from other customers and subordinates!
My phone caught on fire last night and I needed a new one ASAP. I was in and out within 10 minutes. The guy who helped me, Cristian (or something similar, I was in a rush) was an absolute Godsend. He could tell I was in a hurry and didn't waste my time with any unnecessary questions or comments. I definitely recommend!
