Store associates knew almost nothing about the devices they were trying to sell. I asked about specs trying to compare phones and the guys face went blank. But they're happy to push a protection plan they cant explain the details of.
I don't like the way your phone number seems to be automated. I spoke to a woman who told me the product I was looking for was in the door. Went to my location in okla city on n may avenue,and no, it wasn't there. The employee said they couldn't do anything about what was said on the phone
I'm not blaming the employee .I'm blaming you're corporate office. That is not the way to do business. You go to something national on the phone before you can speak to someone locally and you have to have an account number and they want your phone number. I'm not giving out my phone number . No wonder why there's so much identity theft. This is a poorly constructive system you have. You don't hardly have anything in you're store. You used to sell electronics . Now you sell appliances . You're not the business I once knew. You have gone down on quality. You used to have.more .I won't shop here again. You don't seem to care.the internet said you had a snoopy retro boombox fm am sw with a cassette player for $99.00.

Can't recommend coming to best buy anymore. No way to reach the store to speak with anyone or ask about stock, they're local phone number just puts you through to a call center at all times of day.
