Very helpful, got in and out within 10 mins, they pointed out the TV mounts as I walked into the door and I purchased it, I will say that they didn't really send anyone over to help me find the specific one I wanted even though they said they would, thankfully it was easy to find. That and the place was a mess because of black Friday coming up is why I took a star away. I know they have to be like that for the event but if I give you 5 stars when there's a mess, what would you get when it's cleaned up? It is good to strive for perfection and that's what 5 stars would be for me, but 4 stars is really good still.

Customer service is awful. They were rude and asked me "what you want". Im not being derogatory, I'm simply stating what the response was when I called to see why my most recent purchase online that was to be delivered same day was canceled by best buy without my knowledge or trying to contact me or even send an update email. Closing my account permanently. I have easily spent thousands upon thousands of dollars there and was treated like trash. Another customer lost. The threenager in me shall only refer to them now as bullshit buy.

The Best Buys at least here in Oklahoma City area are all going downhill. Unorganized and the carpet looks like it hasn't be vacuumed in months.
