The AT&T sales reps were VERY aggressive and ruined my experience of simply shopping for a charger. I had to tell them I was not interested three times. If you see them, RUN. They also resorted to shaming tactics of having a few generations older of a phone. It wasted my time. I will go to my regular Best Buy next time.
There’s no product available, and the entrance and exit are set up incorrectly. Typically, the right lane should be used for entering and exiting, but at this store, it’s reversed — the left lane is being used instead.
I was really impressed with the customer service line when I called about a price match. Instead of having to return my new laptop and repurchase it, they just credited me the difference. I'll definitely consider them in the future, when I only bought from them this time because they had the computer I wanted same day.
