Had the best experience today. The associate (Kaiden) that helped myself and my boyfriend was the absolute best! He was very knowledgeable, and wasn't just trying to 'make a sale'. He cared about what we thought and helped us to make the decisions best for us. We bought a freezer and a 75" TV. We had only planned on window shopping, and checking other options. I will be recommending Best Buy and this particular associate to everyone.

Stood around asking for help to buy a stick of ram. Finally thought I was getting help and said there is a queue waiting for other people to get help. Walked away and won't do business anymore. Dude had the keys and didn't even want to assist me it felt like. He was talking and laughing with other coworkers. Not the same atmosphere as I had years ago.
