Horrible ordered online they changed my address to my old one now they won't change it or call fedex too change it. The just point fingers no solutions. Then they want me too go to the address they put an wait for it. Im not even going to be in the state too do that. Probably won't be buying from best buy again

One of their employees said a store card was a soft credit check. I should have checked myself, but what's the point of having employees to help you if they simply lie to make money instead.

When something goes wrong, you won’t get support from the actual manufacturer—you’ll be pushed into using Geek Squad instead. Their support is limited to basic, entry‑level troubleshooting, and anything beyond that requires you to pay extra. I purchased an ASUS Zenbook 14, and after only 80 days it developed issues. ASUS refused to speak with me because the device was bought through Best Buy, and Geek Squad couldn’t diagnose the problem without charging additional fees. If you’re comfortable spending more money for inadequate support, Best Buy will gladly take it. If you value your time and resources, consider taking your business elsewhere. You’ve been warned.
