DO NOT shop here for subwoofers! They are completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Travis is completely disrespectful to customers and seems to try to make things as difficult as possible and apparently they expect YOU to know if THEY can install a bass system into your car based on the battery location. Ivan was a phenomenal manager and treated me with respect and listened to my concerns in a very professional manner. Travis needs to be trained/retrained on customer service, it is completely unacceptable behavior. Would not shop again at this location.

Got my meta glasses and earbuds warrantied. The lady that worked with me was training someone else and was very smooth about the process with me infront of him. Could not find L size Meta Glasses so she decided to do an extensive search for me, I declined due to a busy schedule and went with the standard size. Quick and seamless service as it has been for me for years! And with total tech it can be that and more seamless to shop here
