I’ve been a long-time customer and have generally been very satisfied with the service. However, my most recent experience has left me confused and disappointed. I ordered a Roomba 505 vacuum through an associate named Kamyden, who was extremely professional and helpful throughout the process.
When my order arrived, I received a Roomba i5 instead. Upon returning to the store to resolve the issue, Kamyden discovered that the signage had been incorrect, which likely led to the mix-up. He promptly escalated the matter to his supervisor, Kam.
Unfortunately, Kam informed me that there was nothing he could do in terms of a price adjustment. I wasn’t asking for the full price difference—only to split the difference as a gesture of fairness. Instead, I was offered a $50 discount, which felt inadequate given the circumstances.
In an effort to resolve the matter further, I reached out to the store’s General Manager, Kiley Kirk, via cell phone. Unfortunately, she did not seem particularly interested in offering any additional support or assistance. As she has failed to call me back it’s been week.
While I truly appreciate the professionalism shown by Kamyden, I left this experience feeling frustrated and undervalued as a loyal customer. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and work toward improving how such issues are handled in the future
