Took my PC into Best Buy Geek squad about 10 minutes before close (yes I was that guy) , but Bianca (hopefully that’s right) was lowkey goated and helped me get my PC checked in, and was very knowledgeable on how to help me.

I normally go to the 41st and Sheridan Best Buy and never have issues but had to come to the owasso location and now I’m paying for it. I came in for a simple return and the customer service desk documented my returns incorrectly charging me $88. I was in a rush so I bit the bullet only to find out later that night from the 41st and Sheridan manager that they in fact went about it wrong and now I’m out $88. I am never coming back to this Best Buy.
