How do I check product availability at the Owasso Best Buy?

I highley do not recomend them we set appointment to have are computer repaired took over a month to get it back also price was way high i could of bought a new one but they said it was ready for pick up so had set appointment for that to pick up a computer that only take 5 min to do we head their about 2 hours early cause run arrounds see if we can pick it up early nope apperenty not he was rude made us wait till sceduled time so we waited paciantly for are device so we got it just 10.min after sceduled time but makes me mad and upset because a customer behind us did not set appointment and he got serviced like no big deal i wish we were treated with the same respect or all customers with the same respect so i will no longer be doing any buisness with them but i just want this to be experaince that no one should go through so i hope this message will be brought to owners and mannagers out their that something should be done about it this was at owasso best buy
