How do I check product availability at the Owasso Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

Had a home delivery scheduled for today - the Geeksquad team cancelled it without bothering to even notify me so I sat here waiting for four hours for nothing and not a single phone number let me talk to anyone actually at the store. I finally got notified by a support agent on best buy's main line that delivery would be rescheduled for another day. Where was that call five hours ago at the beginning of the delivery window? First and last delivery I will be getting from Best Buy if this is how they treat their customers

My Acer monitor is fresh out of the box. Yet “non returnable”. What an absolute crock. They more or less said “yep tough luck” but call the manufacturer. Hard pass. I fully expect a call from the manager. I’ve spent $2k at best but in the last few weeks and this is the treatment I get. Really disappointing.
So rather than refund my money you ask me to contact you via social media? I was just at the store Ruby. Where were you then? I don’t have social media. Of any sort. These are the cries of the carrots!! The cries of the carrots!!

Do not trust them with your apple products. I took my phone in for a back glass replace placement which they didn't even do and gave me back my phone and it was a brick, it would not turn on or do anything and when I asked what could be done they said nothing but wait a couple days for a new glass to be shipped in or I can go to the actual Apple Store. They will also try to double charge you for the same thing and if I didn't say anything about it they would've have done it. The geeksquad at this location is a joke. Do not let them touch your apple products.
