they don’t answer phone calls
Response from Best Buy
July 25, 2025
Hello, Ethan,
Thank you for your review. We know it's important to find the help you need when calling a store. All of our stores route to our national Customer Care line. The agents are equipped with the same systems and information as the store, so they should be able to assist you with most issues. If you are still in need of assistance, please send us a message on social media along with your name, phone number, and email. Please mention Google Review 20318 in your message.

Coming from California, I’ve visited numerous Best Buy locations, including some in rougher parts of Los Angeles—and even those had better service than this one. At this location, it seems like no one cares about customer service. Employees are constantly on their phones, aggressively upselling rather than genuinely helping.
A particular employee at the returns desk—a young woman with orange-toned hair—was especially rude and dismissive. Alongside her was another younger Hispanic female who seemed to be playing “manager,” but only contributed to the poor atmosphere. It’s clear that staff here lack proper training, motivation, or leadership.
The store manager should seriously be investigated. This store reflects a complete failure in customer experience, and it’s disappointing that such unprofessionalism is allowed to continue.
Save yourself the frustration—shop somewhere else.
