Best Buy gives it customers the runvaround , its entire existence seems to be to separate people from thier money and not take care of the customer
CUSTOMER SERVICE seems to be non existent, I will not do business any more with them, and if asked my opinion is no one a hould do business with them.

I buy a computer case here at 7:30pm 3/14th. The woman with a black hair and a glass which is an advisor (yellow name tag) doesn't know how to say thank you to the customer when buying the product, after trying to convince me open the BestBuy credit card? Is advisor supposed to be that "cool"?

Rarely do I leave reviews. Came into the store to buy 7 MacBook pros for my production team. Was doing a show in town and stood in the store for over 30 minutes without being helped. Left finally at 12:25 (for the manager or corporate in case they wanted to cross reference video footage) on the way out I went to request help and a “gentleman” brushed off the fact that I stood there that long. Multiple employees walked past or at least made eye contact. I walked around looking for available employees before approaching this employees. None available. After being brushed off I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. Never had such poor customer service.
