Unfortunately, speaking as someone who has been trapped in retail jobs before, the overall vibe was 'store dying a death of a thousand cuts'.
BB continues to a place you can shop at and buy electronics, but in most categories and cases there are better options available elsewhere.

Called ahead to make sure they had a star link in stock before I drove a hour and half said they had it made me pay for it then I drive there and they don’t have one good thing gas is cheap

Short staffed or have operational issues. Very few people to help with products. Back in the day, the floor crew was there to help right away; not the case now a days. Plus, no one was at the checkout desk. Waited close to 8-10m before some came to take my money. Very sad!
