Waited over 30 minutes for someone to help me. I was told 3 times from 3 different employees that they would get someone to help me. No one ever did so I took my $300.00 and left. They are not the only place that sells what I wanted to buy. Needless to say I will not return to this business.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this one needs to be known. I bought a garmin watch from them and had it delivered to my house. My delivery showed up on time but the box was empty. No watch in it. The box did not appeared to be tampered with either. I contacted Best Buy and they said they would send me a replacement but to the store this time. The replacement never showed and then I called to get an update and they said it was on backorder and they did not have an estimate on arrival. I asked to cancel my order. To my surprise a few months later when I saw my statement, they never canceled the watch. They only canceled the replacement but not my original order. Long story short, after many attempts of communicating with customer service over the phone, I had to pay $450 for a watch I never received so I wouldn’t get laid fees on my Best Buy credit card. They still have not fixed the issue.
