Terrible customer service. I ordered a new Samsung refrigerator from Best Buy. Best Buy had a third party contractor bring the fridge out and install it. The fridge doesn’t cool, almost as if it was a store model without a compressor. I called them and explained what was going on and their solution was to do an exchange 5 days later. So I get to move into a new house and go 5 days without a fridge. Very frustrating. There has been zero accountability or apologies from Best Buy granted you don’t get to speak to actual employees anymore. Oh also I purchased the 3 year geek squad protection for this fridge and this is how I got treated. If you need major appliances go somewhere else.

Your automated phone system sucks! Just wanted to speak to a representative for a few simple questions so I didn’t have to waste a 30 minute drive, bit of course it won’t transfer me over and hangs up on me. Yall suck
