I would like to invite this store and their company to improve their customer service. Having purchased a Canon color tank printer in store January 2025, the associate asked if we wanted to add replacement ink to the order. Thinking it was a convenient idea 7 months ago to do this, I agreed.
That was January. This is September, same year. One of the ink refills the store had added to my order was, in fact, a different model and would not fit my printer.
When I walked it into the store near 41st & Yale in Tulsa, the manager/supervisor proceeded to tell me that because the item had been discontinued by the manufacturer since I purchased it, they would not be able to return or exchange the item. She showed me her computer screen trying to help me understand that she could not proceed with even an exchange. Will never, repeat, never, return for business of any kind with this chain.
Very unhappy.

Scheduled Apple service repair Tuesday for Saturday afternoon 3:20 PM. Arrived 1 person behind the counter second rep does not show up until 3:25 PM. At 3:40 told that they are busy and I can go to the Apple Store which I by passed that option originally for a reason. I can drive WAY out of my way or come tomorrow morning to pick my phone up. Because they are backed up which is understandable but why offer and continue to book appointments wasted afternoon and time with so resolution.
