Came to spend upwards of $300 on a new microwave. Stood there for ten minutes and could not find anyone to help me. Asked the man at the very large man by the front door for help who was rude and told “yep. You’ll need to wait.” And provided no other help. Decided to do my shopping elsewhere and will continue to do so until Best Buy management gets their customer service under control.
