Tried to return an item I bought, but the manager was super rude and said last month had 31 days and he can't take the return. Stay away from this store.

Normally this store has helpful staff. But this visit was a disaster. I took my 78 year old mother with limited disability to look at Cell phones. The person working in the cell phone area didn't know about the two different prices listed in their website and couldn't explain the difference. He offered to help us with iPhones even though when we came in we stayed we were only interested in Android. His shirt said ATT, and he did answer a few ATT questions we had. And at least he was polite and respectful to my mom. He did get us another person who was a Best Buy employee. And that is when the real complaints began. They did not have any working demo phones of the ones my mom was interested in. The website site said they had two of the one she wanted to look at, but he said we couldn't look at them because they were in boxes but they might have and open box. When asking questions, he kept saying, "I don't know. I only use Apple." I asked if he could call another store to see if they had anyone working who knew Android so we could go there. He said they cannot call between stores and can only ask other sales associate. He came back and said he couldn't get ahold of anyone, then walked off and left us sitting at the cell phones. I thought he was still checking to see if we could look at an open box. But he never returned. On the way out, I told the person at the door that if this had been my only Best Buy experience, I would never returned. He half way apologized, said he would talk to the sales clerk, but did not ask if he could do anything to change the outcome of the visit. As a My Best Buy member, I expect to be treated better in the store. I guess I will go back to one of the other locations and hope for better service.

The best buy call center gave incorrect information on a phone we were purchasing but Clyde was able to help us out and got us taken care of, so calm and helpful, thanks Clyde!!
