My husband and I always have a great experience at this location. David is wonderful, and the managers on duty during both of our visits have been excellent as well. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and professional. This has become our favorite location!

I hope I don't come across as a bad person for posting this, but these people sell things under the guise of "zero interest"—I bought a computer in 2024 and paid it off in less than 10 months. I never asked for a membership or a credit card (which I never even saw). After paying off the computer, I was hit with additional charges totaling around $200 or more—covering membership fees and credit card interest. They aren't being upfront or honest. I hope you don't fall for their lies like I did. When you try to cancel the membership, you get stuck with an automated phone system where no agent ever answers; it’s incredibly frustrating trying to reach a human because the system is designed to prevent you from speaking to anyone, attempting instead to resolve the issue automatically when all the customer wants is to talk to an agent. And when you go to the store to complain about this, they won't help you—they just walk away. Espero no parecer mala persona con esto que voy a poner en este lugar ya que estas personas no venden nada que no sea por cero interés, compré una computadora en el 2024 y la pagué en menos de 10 meses. Yo no pedí que me dieran una membresía yo no pedí que me dieras una tarjeta de crédito, la cual nunca vi después de pagar mi computadora a los 6 meses me llegó más dinero que tenía que pagar eran como $200 dólares o más entre pagos de la membresía y interés del crédito de la tarjeta estas personas no están hablando bien y no dicen la verdad no espero que tú no seas la próxima persona que caigan sus mentiras cuando te dicen para cancelar la membresía tienen una una asistencia de llamada automatizada que no te atiende ningún agente y Es muy incómodo terminar la llamada para terminar hablando con un agente ya que la computadora en las llamadas está preparada para no hablar con nadie, sino que está automáticamente preparada para ella misma resolver el problema cuando el cliente lo que quieres hablar con un agente y cuando vas a la tienda a quejarte de este problema no te atienden se van
