I just had a wonderful experience at Best Buy and wanted to share! I stopped in to pick up some extra storage for my computer, and from the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a warm smile and immediately offered help. I was directed right to the section I needed!!! While I was browsing for the right hard drive, Colton approached and asked if I needed assistance. He was incredibly friendly, had a great smile, and genuinely wanted to help. At first, we couldn’t find the exact item I was looking for—someone had accidentally placed the wrong product in front of it. But Colton didn’t give up. He knew the system showed it in stock, and he kept searching until he found it. That kind of dedication and customer service is rare and deserves recognition. Management should be proud to have someone like Colton on the team—he truly represents the Best Buy brand in the best way. Thank you, Colton!

Staff has always been courteous and helpful. However, like many retailers nowadays, this huge “big box” store is largely empty. Very few items are actually in stock for ready delivery. If the building were a fraction of its size, that would be adequate. Another point, there are no chairs anymore. Many of us are far from young, and can’t stand for too long. I want to reiterate, the employees have always been nice. If nothing else, they can place an order for you. In many cases, though, I like to actually see the product before I make a decision. I will say too, the Store was nice and cool on a very hot day. Addenda: I later attempted to telephone the Store, and the Store at Tulsa Hills, but couldn’t. I got some overseas call center with an operator that didn’t speak American English. I was interested in a new Sony Television, but I give up! I’ll keep the ones I have. I absolutely loathe this kind of experience. American Consumers deserve an AMERICAN CALL CENTER!!!
