I called your store Saturday & today, Monday. I know everything is going to AI including your store but it was a royal pain because AI doesn’t understand. I was disconnected twice after AI transferred me to a live person.
We visited your store Saturday and ask three employees about a product and neither had a clue about the product. We were told by the employee at the service desk we would be put in queue and the salesman would be over to assist us. At that time the store didn’t have a lot of customers yet we waited for a while for a salesman who never came to assist. An employee was standing at the door entrance as we left and said he could answer questions but could not leave from where he was standing. Another employee said he could show us the product but he knew nothing about it because he was there working for AT&T. You lost a sale Best Buy! Do better!
