I almost never come to this Best Buy but it was near by so I decided to come take a look. We walked around the store and stood in the aisle where I needed help in for about 15 minutes until I went to the front to ask for help. While I stood there I saw one employee pass me on her phone didn’t even look up. By the time someone came to see if I needed help I was on my way out already. This store needs people helping or less people on the phone
