Not happy with online pickup. Online pickup is supposed to make it more convenient but I could have just done it quicker. Myself. Took almost 2 hours for them to get it ready when I could have found it myself in the store in 45 seconds.

Ordered a computer online and paid. Best buy said it would be ready in an hour. I went to the store and waited 2.5 hours. They finally handed me the computer. They then told me that they can't fulfill my order and canceled it. They said they could just sell it to me. They charged my card twice and literally emptied my checking account. Then canceled that also. So now I have no computer and no money for however long it takes for them to return my money.
