This is the second time I have been sorely disappointed in the service at BB. The first time I tried it, my order was marked as a scammer and even though I was at the store with lots of I D and the card that I used to make the purchase, they would not release the order.... I had to cancel the order and purchase from another source. This time, I ordered components to build a PC at the Tulsa Hills location. When I arrived there they told me none of the parts were there, that I had to go to two other loactions to pick up the orders that the website said were available for pick up at Tuksa Hills... I had to go to Skelly Drive location and the 71st st location on the east Side of Tulsa to get all the parts.....I'll not order from BB again....
An honest suggestion for public benefit : Don't buy hisense products and listen to best buy associates.
I went to two different best buy stores. An associate told me don't buy hisense. He said if I gather all of my colleagues and ask them, they will tell the same that it's the worst TV they ever sold. So I ordered Sony.
Came home, changed my mind went to another best buy and bought hisense. Mainly because it was cheaper.
It lasted only two months. Hisense support is horrible.
Associates told me that they install used parts in the products and products are not factory tested. Should have listened to the best buy team 🥺
Hisense is cheap for a reason and I lost 1300 dollars because of this price trap.
Staff was very helpful. The store was clean and everything was accessible. We went after a calculator and was very disappointed with the small selection and lack of inventory.
