It’s been a nightmare dealing with Best Buy. All I wanted was to buy a stereo and have it installed in my car. I’ve had to sit on the phone rescheduling appointments, buying parts on Amazon, and never once able to speak to someone at the actual store. I took out the credit card to save $30, which I didn’t even get. Such a pain, start to finish. I’m cancelling the appointment and going somewhere local. Not worth the hassle, no matter how many pennies you save.
