To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent purchase of an Apple Watch from Best Buy. Upon opening the package, we discovered that the watch itself was missing from the box.
We immediately contacted and visited the Best Buy location where the purchase was made. Unfortunately, the response we received from your customer service team was unacceptable. We were left with the strong impression that our claim was not believed, and no meaningful assistance was provided. The only guidance offered was that Best Buy would need to resolve the issue with Apple, which is not a reasonable resolution for a product purchased directly from your store.
This watch was intended as a combined Birthday, Anniversary, and Valentine’s Day gift for my wife. Being unable to receive either a replacement or an immediate refund was extremely disappointing and frustrating. When a customer purchases goods from Best Buy, they should receive those goods—or be promptly refunded so they have the option to repurchase elsewhere.
We did not receive anything close to a 5-Star Experience. The attitude, treatment, and communication from the customer service team fell well below expectations and reflected poorly on Best Buy as a retailer.
I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and resolved promptly, either through a replacement of the missing watch or a full refund. I would also appreciate acknowledgment of the poor customer service experience we encountered.

Clarence V. Was so helpful to me at Best Buy on skelly drive in Tulsa. When selecting my T.V. Clarence looked up specifics on the best choice of features I was looking for. He offered lots of brands and sizes then narrowed down my options. Very helpful and smart about TVs.

I haven’t always had the best experiences at this Best Buy in the past, so I came in with pretty low expectations. That completely changed thanks to Blake and Bear with the Geek Squad.
They were incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable, and they genuinely took the time to resolve all of my issues instead of rushing me along. Their customer service was a total turnaround from what I’d experienced before, and it honestly restored my confidence in this store.
I really hope to work with Blake and Bear again in the future. This was a wonderful experience and has completely changed my opinion of Best Buy Tulsa Midtown.
Slow response from retail salespeople on the floor. Sat and waited 20 minutes to get flash drives
