Absolutely the most unprofessional rudest Best Buy I have ever been in. I have always bought Apple products either from Apple themselves or at Best Buy for the past 15 years now and this morning my iPad that I’ve had since it was brand new started doing a boot loop at the same time my iMac is having issues so I come into Best Buy to ask them if I can use one of the computers to restore my iPad And the first gentleman said yeah I don’t think that’ll be a problem. He was very polite and he said actually hold on just a second let me ask the manager he asked the manager the manager without even skipping a beat looks at me and said absolutely not rude as he could be. I was in a good mood before I came in but the way that he came across at me after spending thousands of dollars in the store Was absolutely unprofessional and this was Saturday morning at 11:30 AM. That way they can at least tell what manager was so unprofessional I will never come to this Best Buy again I don’t know if I will ever go to another Best Buy after this that is really sad.
Went into this location today to make a return and get something more along the lines of what I needed, I went in with not so high hopes bc I was a few days late on my return window, the manager was super understanding and worked with me every step of the way, I left with 10000% customer service satisfaction

There were 5 workers standing around when I walked up to the customer service counter. Only one person decided to help me and he came after I had been standing there for a few minutes. No one was busy except for him. He went out of his way to help me while the rest of them continued to talk. They all were standing around and acted like I didn't exist, they were just chatting. Not very good customer service of you ask me.
