Bought an open box item online, they sold it 2 hours after my purchase time. Right as I am walking in the door after driving 30 minutes to get there. They basically just said "sorry sucks for you". No problem with me, why would I bother with a company that treats a customer like crap when amazon has literally the best customer service in the world???? "Best" Buy has neither the best buys nor the best customer service now days.
