Always a great place to get electronics
I was told that they do not price match to manufacturer websites but when I told them well then I'll guess I'll buy it from them because it's $50 cheaper the young man said well we will price match $50 but a lot of times manufacturers have quite a bit more off and they just won't price match those. I completely understood but when I went back to purchase the tablet that I wanted they had to call the young man that told me that he price match and he verified that they would honor that. The young man that was helping me, which was not very friendly, told me that the system would not let him take it that low. Now I do not know how their system works but I find it rather convenient that the system wouldn't allow him to set a price because this guy told me that he would not price match it but since the other guy said they would then he would do it but, conveniently the system wouldn't let him. Needless to say I will be looking for better place to buy electronics. I have spent quite a bit of money in this particular Best buy store lately I am also a total tech member which they have now changed the way that works which makes it not worth the amount that it is. This particular store I've had issues with friendliness of staff in the past with staff tonight was no exception the two young men that were dealing with were very unfriendly and not quite rude but close enough so I will be looking elsewhere
BWWARE no phone bestbuy plus customer service Unable to reach live human being at the store to check on an open box item. I called the store number 3 times and after being redirected by AI to Aiden I was offered for a manager to call in 2-3 hours told if I called back “maybe” a person inside store would answer. I called back and Jasper answered he said NO one is answering the phone from the store anymore. He put on hold then hung up on me. Why ask members to join, pay extra and not have any customer service?SCAM
I have bought most appliances, computers and laptops from Best Buy probably close to $2,000 a year but not anymore. I tried to buy a speed queen washer and its only available in store I live about an hour away and didn't want to drive to tulsa hills and them not have it so I tried to call. talked my way through the A.I to a person who was at a call center and explained I just needed to know if it was in store. She wasn't able to help and said no one at the store will take your call. I guess another store that has a person who answers phones on sight can make $2,300 on one sale.
