I was impressed by Kolby of the Geek Squad. I had a car head unit that had given me some problems and all I had in place was an extended manufacturer’s warranty. It wound up not being the head unit itself but he trouble shot it over two different appointments and sorted it out. Works great. He went above and beyond my expectations.

I pay for some kind of membership that's supposed to get us better deals. I needed a dishwasher for a rent house and they did not provide any special deal. I found the same dishwasher at another store for about $200 less. Their membership program and the Geek squad used to be outstanding. However, the last computer I bought there they set it up and it has never been right from the very beginning. I think I'm about finished with Best buy
