Associate Andy(?) Was awesome. Asked us about our home and setup, and lightening and price we had in Mind. He provided us with great information, helped us choose the best set up for us in our budget and wasn't pushy or full of salesman attitude. Definately coming back to this location!
Went to this best buy for a monitor online said they had. Once I get there the staff advises they dont have it, which is fine. They then ask if I needed it today to which I respond yeah thats why im here... they then tell me well in that case you could have it shipped to yourself and get it tomorrow.... I ended up leaving and ordered the monitor online from them, and who wouldve guessed but it did not get delivered the day it was supposed to. Half my order went out and the other half ive been told to wait on by customer service. Wouldnt recommend it

I used to enjoy shopping at Best Buy, but the customer service has become incredibly frustrating. When you call the store, you're forced through an AI system that isn't helpful and often disconnects the call. If you eventually reach a person, it's someone at a remote call center who can't answer basic questions about what's happening at the local store.
I can't even get a simple update on the status of my computer repair. It shouldn't be this difficult to speak with someone who can help. This experience has been so disappointing that it's making me reconsider shopping at Best Buy in the future.
Then drove to Best Buy to figure the issue out and wasted my time just to figure out they were still working on my computer. So useless.
