Do not buy a Fitbit unless you are a computer programmer! I got one. It said I can’t turn it on unless I down an app. I went to the App Store and ask for the program app required. It would download unless I went through my Google app. So I open the Google App on my device and then went to the App Store again looked up the Fitbit app again and asked to download again. It would not do it without me putting in the password for my email! My device has remember my password for several years now so I don’t have to. I do not remember it. I am sure it would then give me a PIN number to my email that I would have to open to find and go back to the Google app to go to the App Store to look up the Fitbit App to put in my temporary PIN number (that I can’t remember by now) to download the Fitbit app to find out the steps I have to go through to make it work!

BUT I hate Best Buy’s phone AI. It doesn’t work. The Best Buy workers themselves are NOT GOOD! I actually called on a Monday and geek squad be closed on Monday. I didn’t know that. Call the Best Buy line, fought the AI for 10 mins. On hold for 10 mins. Just to have a lady tell me she would transfer me, I said I called back there and no one answered. At which she should said… oh they are closed on Mondays. But she said she has someone to speak with me. Plz hold. I held. And CLICKED. HUNG UP!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.
Pay someone $20.00 to answer the phones. But you want to invest millions into AI that doesn’t work. Laughable!
