I trusted the employee who said the $45. CD burner would work. But clearly she only cared about what ever perks they get for running customers social security numbers. SHE LIED RIGHT TO MY FACE & SAID FILL THIS OUT FOR A DISCOUNT. Not once did she mention it was running my credit. I was so mad I called corporate who told me i'd get a better responce going into the store itself. So I just the I opened DVD burner to the side. I finally opened it a few days ago to see that it literally doesn't work. I goto the store today and they tell me there nothing they are will to do to help. Ill NEVER enter this store again period. It clear they only care about how. Much money they can get from a person

Customer service experience was great. They did not have what we needed in store so we ended up having them order it for delivery. That in-store process was seamless. Though we ordered 2 items of the exact same kind (wireless carrier simcards) they arrived 2 days apart and from different locations, one of which was a return center.
