Had a car stereo installed. Not only did the tech go against their own policies during the install causing permanent damage to the vehicle. Including cutting class 2 data bus wires that disabled that really required safety systems. Parts that I paid for was not used nor was they refunded. After talking with the store manager I was told that if I wanted to pay for the repairs to my vehicle Best Buy would think about reimbursing me. This is in spite of customer service assuring me that if I took the vehicle back and spoke with the manager and inspection would be performed and any and all damages would be taken care of returning the vehicle to a factory condition.

Be careful folks if you order online , they use a service called Roadie...and they will not deliver you item claiming they can't find your house...( I live inside city limits) better off getting it in store...I also was told I can't get my rewards back...
