Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The Geek Squad manager was rude and behaved unprofessionally, including speaking about customers to other employees while the customer was still in the store. This was uncomfortable to witness and not what I expect from a management position.

The verizon people in best buy gave us false information several times throughout our purchase. They told us best buy total protect no longer works on Samsung phones, then they changed their story and said because we did the delay order we can't use it. They also told us we have 1100 trade in and now verizon is offering 120 . This has been the biggest headache I've ever had to deal with.
