I have bought most appliances, computers and laptops from Best Buy probably close to $2,000 a year but not anymore. I tried to buy a speed queen washer and its only available in store I live about an hour away and didn't want to drive to tulsa hills and them not have it so I tried to call. talked my way through the A.I to a person who was at a call center and explained I just needed to know if it was in store. She wasn't able to help and said no one at the store will take your call. I guess another store that has a person who answers phones on sight can make $2,300 on one sale.

Customer service was terrible. I needed two items, each clerk was quick point in the direction the item could be found. I went through 3 clerks and finally the last clerk actually helped. One of the clerks told me to read the instructions inside the box for the wifi booster. Very dissatisfied. I regret not getting the young man's name who finally helped me, the other two were useless

Had an appointment for a simple battery repair. Told it’s be only 15 minutes then they cancelled my appointment for an Apple product repair switched it to 2 hours because Apple products are more “important” when another customer brought on in. Poor communicate and customer service. Apple products are not more important then anyone else, especially if there’s an appointment already there. Do not recommend for service if you don’t have Apple products.
