Angel was, knowledgeable, and patient. The other day I came in to buy a desktop and left feeling disappointed. Today, Angel completely turned that around. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what I was getting for the price I was paying. I left feeling confident and satisfied with my purchase, in other words; Angel is an Angel from technology heaven! Great customer service!

Best Buy Tulsa Hills. Computer Repair. Found out through chat my computer was delivered 2 days ago but not checked in yet. I tried to call and got a Customer service center who were rude and first guy told me I needed to call fedex then he put me on hold for 10 min and hung up. Called back got a girl this time who was nice and said the same thing as the chat person did earlier in the day but when she tried to transfer me to the store after first ring disconnected. You can't talk to anyone at the store and this call center doesn't know how to assist. Aweful and still don't have my computer back.
