I bought expensive products online. My first product was misdelivered, the delivery driver sent a proof picture where the package could not be seen. Best Buy did not take responsibility for a $300 product. At the same time, I had bought another product for $150. More than 10 days have passed since the deadline, and I am still waiting for my product to arrive at my house. Honestly, the online customer service is terrible. I have been talking with support for 10 days and they haven’t given me any solution. In the first case, they have evidence that my package was misdelivered; they have a proof picture showing that the package is not visible. I called the courier company and even they were able to verify that my shipment was delivered incorrectly. Still, Best Buy did not refund my money, nor have they sent me a replacement product. So far, I am completely dissatisfied with the situation. I spent too much money on products that never arrived.
Quite literally a terrible experience. Came for a dash cam installation and was told to go to the back of the store. Knocked on that door for 30 minutes in the cold and nobody picked up their phone when I called multiple times. I come back to the front of the store and apparently nobody is working that can do it today - on a day that they have appointments booked. So terribly frustrating and a colossal waste of time. Avoid this place.
I love how helpful the staff always is and how knowledgeable they are as well.
I could live at best buy just make me sort all the new stuff I love learning new tech lol
