Meta center/expert was really good. Was able to get a demo and info from a very knowledgeable associate. Super easy process, super happy with our visit.
I had to make sure to come back and correct my 1 star review to 5. The employees went above and beyond to not only find the best laptop in my price range, but also helped me return my previous laptop. All employees I crossed paths with were very helpful and kind. I have to shout out Hadeed taking a ton of time to assist me two days in a row and Stetson for going above and beyond to make me a happy customer. Thank you all!!

This review is purely for the business of best buy and their practices, not for the employees who enforce them.
They make it impossible to cancel a premium membership from either the app, or over the phone. Basically trapping you and leaving you to continue paying.. consistent "errors" and the app offers additional ways to continue only for all of those to not also work. The chat support bot is ZERO help.
Personally I also just hate coming in here these days because of how much they watch you, offer their help, but dont know anything about technology 9/10 times there is one guy on the floor who knows everything, the rest are clinging onto IPhone12 knowledge and its okay... just need more people who really care about tech enough to be knowledgeable to the customer.
