We bought an open box washer from Salem store. Looks like they haven’t done their quality checks. Washer didn’t work when we brought home and it made a burn smell. To see the motor was burnt. Returned to Beaverton store bought a new one as we had already wasted a whole day with a faulty product we wanted to take it home in our suv. Customer service was helpful but the folks who supported bringing in the new washer to the car were like if they are running on the clock. Just a minute or two delay was a big thing. This was the only place we could get a washer same day so we had no choice, but very disappointing..

Went to the store for parts and shelves were stuck, so I was able to get what I needed. Also, everybody working there had great customer service skills and we're able to appoint me in the right direction. Will be back again.
