Best Buy has gone out of their way to make purchasing car audio products & having them installed an absolute nightmare. Only to cancel my installation appointment less than 2 hours before it was scheduled to be installed. I won’t even go into the details surrounding the total botch job they did on shipping & delivery. Totally unprofessional, totally unacceptable, and totally lost a customer for the rest of my time on this Earth. Been a customer for more than 30 years, too. Absolutely horrendous work by Best Buy.
I love the staff here so much. I come to hang out here occasionally and they always treat me like family ❤️ love u guys so much
I have a laptop dropped off for diagnostics and repairs .. it was a complete disaster. It has been there for over two months and still haven’t received a single message back. I have tried to call the store and was transferred to the call center, repeatedly. I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM BEST BUY AGAIN. I would give them a negative -5 review if it was possible.
