I recently had a surprising and very frustrating experience here. Months back I pre-ordered a game, specifically because Best buy had a neat collectors item for the pre-order bonus. When I went to pick up my game, not only did the employee struggle for several minutes to even find it, I also wasn't given the pre-order bonus. I asked why and was told they ran out. That made no sense to me, and what is the point of pre-ordering something if they're not going to order the correct amount? It was extremely frustrating and I felt I wasted my time during the whole exchange. I returned the game on the spot and went to Gamestop. Highly recommend avoiding this location.
Staff was very knowledgeable. They saught me out to assist many times. I had to return one item the next day, and it was quick and easy. Credit showed up fast too. Great store visit.
