I wanted to leave a review for Moshe, even though the review link I originally received had expired. From the moment I walked into Best Buy , Moshe provided outstanding service. He helped me select a flash drive to free up storage on my iPhone and took the time to thoroughly explain how it worked. As someone who is hard of hearing, I especially appreciated his patience, kindness, and willingness to make sure I understood everything. Moshe also installed a new screen protector on my phone and carefully walked me through the process of using the flash drive. He never made me feel rushed and spent as much time as needed to ensure I was comfortable with the technology. What impressed me even more was his honesty and attention to detail. I was considering another item that I planned to use in the future, and rather than simply completing the sale, Moshe took the time to verify compatibility. When he discovered it would not connect properly, he immediately processed the return and helped me avoid a future headache. By the time I left, I felt confident, informed, and genuinely cared for. Moshe left no stone unturned. I've visited this Best Buy location several times, and I've consistently received exceptional service. That says a lot about the leadership, training, and culture of this store. Best Buy clearly empowers its team members to take great care of their customers and make sure they leave feeling knowledgeable and supported. Bravo, Best Buy! All sales prices are just the regular MSRP you can get literally anywhere. Some good stuff if you know what you want, but mostly un-knowledgeable teenagers that just repeat sales pitches to you. It's just garbage dumb consumer crap mostly. Do a little research and get a quality product for a fair price literally anywhere else. The only plus is that they are local if I need a simple cable or something.

We didn’t actually get to buy anything as we had a medical emergency shortly after entering the building but the staff was super caring and helpful! Shoutout to Joe for being so helpful and making sure my mom was okay (:

Zach absolutely made my day and floored me with the level of support in purchasing a new phone. He spent an hour with me going through the process, leading to the purchasing of a S26+. He is a gem. Out of all the Best Buys I've been to, the Beaverton one is the most friendly. Thanks Zach!
