Staff was rude and dismissive when trying to ask about possibly installing a dashcam i was looking to purchase. Waited at checkout for 15+ minutes with no one in line ahead of me before someone came to check me out. I regret buying from here. I believe it comes back to management, though, as it seemed way too understaffed. Also once opening the dashcam the plastic uses feels really cheap for a $200 camera, video quality seems ok though.

It's not their fault but it seems that most Best Buys have very little inventory... the employees are friendly and helpful but it's hard to get worked up about going into a store when there's so very little inventory..

Helpful staff and store is organized is a clear, logical manner. Parking lot (not the stores fault, but part of the shopping experience nonetheless) is atrocious. As one of the few electronics stores in the area, I do wish the PC component selection was bigger and more varied
