I recently purchased an LG Styler from Best Buy and was very disappointed with the delivery experience. Four people showed up for the delivery — and what did they do? The supervisor stood around taking pictures while nobody made any effort to properly install or level the unit. They pointed out that the light was on, said I could use it, and left. That is not an installation. The LG Styler needs to be leveled to function correctly, and not a single person on that four-man team took the time to do it. In the end, I had to level it myself. Four people, a supervisor on site, and the customer ends up doing the work. That is completely unacceptable. Best Buy needs to seriously improve how their delivery and installation teams operate.

They were helpful, but they don't have anything capable of delivering high current at 5V. 15W tops.
Came here with a pre-booked appointment for battery replacement, and was told they won’t be able to do it because they will close soon. Shit service
Got in and out quickly. Staff was helpful.
