Hello to those who buy from Best Buy. I bought a PlayStation 5 on October 2025 on a monthly loan. Our agreement was that you would automatically deduct $119 from my account every month. Despite the fact that they were deducting $119 from our account every month, I don't know why they took all the money paid and charged us an additional $225. Nothing they said was true and no one answered. I asked them repeatedly why they were charging us this extra amount. They didn't give us any reason that would satisfy us. I want everyone who buys from Best Buy to be very aware of this so that they don't take too much of their money. Thank you.
