I have a laptop dropped off for diagnostics and repairs .. it was a complete disaster. It has been there for over two months and still haven’t received a single message back. I have tried to call the store and was transferred to the call center, repeatedly. I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM BEST BUY AGAIN. I would give them a negative -5 review if it was possible.

As long as you know what you want, the employees will quickly take care of you. However, regarding any technical knowledge, the staff will be mostly unable to answer any questions.
