What a joke! The online bot is a nightmare and the "humans" clearly do not understand the difference between buying online and in store, then tried to call the store and the bot just likes to tell me the address and hours of the store. Getting to a human in the store seems to not be an option. I guess it saved me time hanging up on me when it was unable to connect me to a live person. AI bots seem to be the future but in the here and now there are too stupid to be helpful. Just wanted to buy an item in store but don't want to drive to more than 1 store to buy it. I guess I will shop elsewhere. Good job for driving a customer away with your lack of service. 1 star is 1 too many in this case.

The customer service is excellent! I was greeted when I entered the store and asked if I needed help. I was directed to the store area where I could find it. Once there, an associate asked if he could help me find something and he showed me just what I was looking for. At the check-out the associate was friendly and kind. It was a really good shopping experience and I felt like a valued customer the whole time. All the associates were professional and knowledgeable. I will recommend this store to all my friends and family. Thanks!
