Best buy is one of the few electronics, smart phone, laptop, refrigerator and accessories store still around and with competitive prices. This store is no different. Very convenience.

What a joke! The online bot is a nightmare and the "humans" clearly do not understand the difference between buying online and in store, then tried to call the store and the bot just likes to tell me the address and hours of the store. Getting to a human in the store seems to not be an option. I guess it saved me time hanging up on me when it was unable to connect me to a live person. AI bots seem to be the future but in the here and now there are too stupid to be helpful. Just wanted to buy an item in store but don't want to drive to more than 1 store to buy it. I guess I will shop elsewhere. Good job for driving a customer away with your lack of service. 1 star is 1 too many in this case.
