Sadly the days of these places are numbered thanks to people who window shop here then buy on line. And while I've had more than a couple staff who didn't know/care at all, overall when I find one who does, they really do and are helpful, knowledgeable, and make it worth the extra $4 to buy it there and now.

I purchased an external dvd drive. It never worked. Tried to return it with verified proof of purchase. And they refused to refund or give me store credit. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Best Buy. Completely untrustworthy store.
