They are like they are lying to their clients. So when you purchased anything from them the salesman over you to buy protection plan to protect your product. After you purchase the protection plan if anything happened to your product and you want to go to them. To file a claim through the protection plan you surprised. You have first you have to take appointment. to find a claim second they want to charge you. $35 for shipping fee without telling you that all the process. in the beginning just they want to sell the protection plan to take a commission. without care about the customer service or about the client all what they are doing is lying to sell the protection plan all the process is bullshit. I purchased the microwave from them a year and a half ago and I purchase a protection plan for a year last week. I my microwave explosion and black smoke go out from it. I took the microwave and I took the receipt to them. I surprise they told me I have to take appointment to file a claim. I took that appointment. Today is my appointment I went to them to file a claim, I surprise they want to charge me $35 for shipping. I talk to the manager. I told him why you didn’t tell me that from beginning why the salesman he didn’t tell me that I wanna pay the $35 for the shipping Even two days ago, I purchase a new microwave from them until I fix my microwave. They never ever told me they’re gonna charge me $35 for shipping when I wanna file any claim all the product. I appreciate it from them. I appreciate protection plan. None of them told me they’re gonna charge me $35 for shipping and I have to wait two months until they’re gonna see if they’re gonna fix it or return my money that’s mean it’s a fake protection plan. I’m not looking to buy anything from them specially protection plan.
