I purchased a Samsung refrigerator less than 3 yrs ago from this location along with my other appliances for a new house build. It broke last week and both Samsung and Best Buy do not have qualified repair techs in the area to diagnose the issue even if I pay out of pocket. This leaves me with the only option of trashing a relatively new appliance.
The online support was okay but the in-store person who assisted me acted like I was wasting his time and said Geek Squad doesnt support appliances unless you purchase an extended warranty with them despite the exact opposite being described on their website. Now I’m out an appliance and the time to drive there just to have someone be rude to me.
