Every time I try and get help on the phone I get directed overseas. They keep telling me that I have to bring it to the store that they can't help me. I want to talk to somebody in this store. I signed up for the gold member and I don't get anything! This is getting ridiculous.

Don’t work with Geek Squad or Best Buy if it requires contacting the store. They no longer accept any phone calls and everything is directed to a national call center. I have an iPhone being repaired and the app says “generic device repair” with no further details. They initially told me they would contact me when they got the part needed, but it’s been 2 weeks and no updates or details. When I called their number I was routed to a call center and they have no additional info and I can’t contact the store.
