You wonder why you're losing business when no one can answer a phone anymore and this location relies on a call center, when in fact every time I walk in, all the employees are on there phones screwing around... You need to step up your game or end up like every other electronics store (Frys, Circuit city, Radioshack.)

The greeter asked what we were looking for. We said “routers.” As we walked away, we actually heard him call for someone to assist us—adorable, really—because no one ever showed. Instead, we were watched by the Temu Ryan Hawke like suspicious raccoons rifling through their precious tech scraps.
We eventually found what we needed on our own (shocking, I know). Then came checkout—a truly heroic display of expending maximum effort to accomplish absolutely nothing. If inefficiency were a sport, this place would be taking home gold.
