Expert help here, for sure. When my computer called it quits, I called someone to service it. I paid $100 to him... only to take it to Best Buy and have the man in the computer section trouble shoot the problem much better in 30 seconds than in the hour I paid someone for. He also helped me to buy a new laptop to replace my dying, sinking ship of a Macbook. He listened and knew what attachments I was talking about that I wanted to add on... as well as was able to break down best pricing, best sound quality, and memory for me. In short, he answered all my questions as quickly as he troubleshot my old computer... and was able to sell me storage to provide the back-up I needed and switch any files over. I would love to know his name to give accolades where they are due. Unfortunately, I didn't write a review in time last fall. I wish I did know his name as I have questions still, about my MacBook. He seemed a lot more knowledgeable than I am on this, for sure. We love Best Buy for their toy section but also for their knowledgeable staff. Time and time again, I find them friendly, helpful and humble... really taking time to answer questions and break down what is needed to make a transfer to a new computer.

Absolutely the worst customer experience of my life. Refused any responsibility. Manager and General manager alike are lazy and incompetent. Asked the GM to call corporate to which she refused. Called corporate myself and they resolved the situation inside if 10 minutes while she stood there with a smug look. Again worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!!!
