Great store, full of electronics, huge selection, knowledgeable staff up-to-date current products
Tried to give Bestbuy a 2nd chance bc I've b33n using them for years in GA, but I was again disappointed with the servic,additional separate services for the same unit and upcharge the customer for a separate installation. I was told over the phone that the backup camera was free installation as well at the headunit but it's all a lie!! Be careful!! They will try to add as many additional services so the installer can make more commission as opposed to doing the right thing and installation what the customer paid for. I mentioned the last time I went how he didn't even hook my backup camera back up and he just laughed and shrugged it off. Worst Best buy location ever and shady business. Stay away and save yourself the headache. I ALWAYS have the worst experience at the Bend location. They just lost a long time customer and I will be telling everyone to stay clear of this site

Normal best buy, but the employees were super nice. Not bummed out, super helpful
