I have literally never had a worse experience in a retail space. The short version is that I asked them to honor the price as marked. They refused saying that they can’t be responsible if the product was in the wrong spot and they weren’t going to adjust the price. I was trying to explain that there may have been a mistake but it wasn’t as simple as something being in the wrong spot. They weren’t willing to listen to what I was saying or go check the signs themselves. I told them I would just pay the price and then make sure to leave a bad review(s) online. They then refused me to sell me the product and told me to leave the store. I asked for the phone number to the district manager and they told me I needed to leave the store and they were done talking to me. Everyone around me that witnessed the interaction looked as confused as I was. I don’t understand how Tyler and Ryan can still be employed after treating a customer like that. The only advantage a store Best Buy has over Amazon is the in store service and Ryan and Tyler seem to be undermining that. I reached out to Best Buy on social media after seeing the responses on the bed reviews instructing people to do so and was told that they would be handing it internally. What good does that do me? I’m don’t even know if I’m allowed in Best Buy anymore. Not that I would ever want to go back. Also the store is dirty, shelves are bare, employees were avoiding customers and after getting kicked out I drove to Walmart and got the same thing for literally half the price it was incorrectly marked at. There is not reason for anyone to shop at this store.

Not very helpful, a hard sale, local dealers have just as good a product and prices are comparable. I'll pass on BB until Christmas deals.

I wish I could rank it zero stars. I wasn’t even involved in the situation, but what I witnessed from Ryan and Tyler was enough to make me walk out of the store without buying a thing. A customer was calmly showing them a photo that clearly proved one of their products was mislabeled. Instead of owning up to the mistake or even just checking it for themselves, both of them acted defensive and dismissive—like the customer was trying to pull something over on them. When the customer called them out for their attitude and said he didn’t appreciate how he was being treated, they didn’t take a second to reflect or apologize. Instead, they told him to leave the store. That was the breaking point for me. Rather than accept responsibility for their own error, they kicked out a customer who was absolutely in the right. It was honestly disgusting to witness. Zero accountability. Zero professionalism. Just arrogance and immaturity. I had come in with a simple question, but after seeing how they treated that man, I decided I didn’t want to spend a dime there. I walked out and went across the street to Target, where at least the employees seem to understand basic respect and customer service. If this store thinks behavior like that is acceptable, they’re delusional. Absolutely disposable.
