I love how Best Buy hasn't really changed their layout. They have people waiting to assist you. I was in and out after a 2hr drive. Love Best Buy!
This review is about the geek squad. Especially Chris who is from Washington, who was working temporarily at the Bend store. Also Nathaniel their manager, Austin, Tommy and Sterling. All these guys were very professional even after we had a little oops as they helped to install a Dolby Atmos sound system and a new TV. It sounds fabulous. They are also very nice guys. We appreciate all the effort. my wife and I appreciate all the work you guys did and your professionalism. It was not an easy installation. It was very technical.
Highly recommend the geek squad.

Terrible, awful, no good customer service. No way can you get through to any live person. You go into the store, and many employees are just sitting there. They don’t answer the phone though. Unbelievably bad service!
