I was a die hard Best Buy fan till today. I have been a total tech member since it started which means I am spending $200 dollars a year for coverage. Today I went in with a broken meta quest 3. Tamara "supervisor" told me that I had to return with all the boxes. So I went home got the boxes now they won't return the items I bought from Best Buy for the meta so, I am stuck with a defective headset battery, the leather face plate, and handles with strap adding up to less than $200. She pretended to go call her district manager "Jeremy" but it was no help. Probably cause she didn't actually call. The messed up part is I just bought the Samsung kitchen set (oven, microwave, and dishwasher) and washer and dryer sets from Best Buy in the last 20 days to upgrade my house. I guess I will return those because they are in the return dates. Sometimes its better to just take care of the customer. Tamara shouldn't be a supervisor.

Placed an order for a controller and it first said it was shipped, then on the way and on the van on delivery day. Lo and behold I get a delayed notice, I call and they say the person forgot to pick it up and I'll have it the next day. Its the next day and my order is now canceled by best buy because they now don't have what I paid for to be delivered. Love it.. I think companies should have to make it up to the customer for being stupid.

I’ve always been able to find things that I need. But finding an employee is kinda hard sometimes you’ll be able to find someone near the front or over near the phones. Got a new tv from there and we absolutely love it. Is smaller than what I thought a 40 something inch would be but I’m guessing that’s because we went with a different brand this time.
