Online orders arent worth the waste of time. Have to go in and show your drivers license and have to make sure you put the person who is picking it up on the order. I just dealt with a headache to pick up a mini fridge for a disabled family member. Last time I deal with bestbuys online orders.

Went in today to do a return.Spoke with Travis at the front. I asked for some direction and he provided it. I complimented him and his reply was to cuss and use vulgar language. Sad to see that this type of behavior is condoned at Best Buy. Boy times have changed.
