What a great shopping experience I had in Best Buy last week! The minute I set foot in the Apple section of the store, Kris greeted me, asked if he could help, and led me to the product I was looking for. Then he patiently and cheerfully helped me with my purchase, even thought it was ONLY a new watch band for my husband's Apple watch! Kris made my day that day.

I’ve come in a couple time to exchange my screen protector and everyone was super helpful and nice. Special shoutout to Josh, he was so great and helpful!

My package is delayed because one of your geek squad people, or whoever doesn’t know how to put an addresses, even After I asked him if that was my address and it’s in the system, he said yes, and it was still wrong
