I came in to buy an item I saw on the website, found it wasn't on the shelf, and asked customer service. They said it could only be ordered online. I asked for help with placing a pick-up order. Okay so far.
Their system requires an email address AND phone number, or else you just absolutely positively cannot place an online order. I'm willing to provide an email I don't care about that I can throw away if it starts getting too much spam, but my personal phone number is sensitive information.
They don't need a phone number. They need my money (which I tried very hard to give them), and some way to get a hold of me when the order is ready (such as an email address).
It's too bad they're refusing to take my money.
Not budget friendly and terrible customer service
I bought a refrigerator two weeks ago and they delivered the damagedfridge. The damage fridge is still sitting in my garage and I don have a working refrigerator. Bestbuy told me they will send somebody to install damage fridge while I wait for replacement. No one showed up. I called bestbuy again and they were saying there no one schedule. I have nothing to put my fresh product and they were not helping.
My recommendation is not to buy appliance from bestbuy. Go to home depot or lowes or costco. They will treat better with customer service.
They don't open till 10am
