Was dealing with a confusing return, made even more confusing by conflicting advice from the geek squad. However, two employees Brandon and Antione quickly and smoothly helped me out, made it right, and sent me on my way in about 5 minutes.

Regarding your response below, I am not on social media! Zero transparency that webroot was dropped from my package even after paying a renewal ! Got a partial refund online but I want my whole refund. They don't answer the phone so I will be down there in person soon.
