How do I check product availability at the Gresham Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

BEST BIY IS SCAMMING ITS BUYERS. I purchased a laptop in 2022. Was asked about optional Geek Squad Service contract that renews monthly. I live in Maui and declined due to no Best Buy’s or Geek Squad services there. Makes sense right? Why would I pay for a service I can’t use?
Now I find out I’ve been billed $188.47 for a Geek Squad service I never asked for or approved. They won’t remove charges since they send notice a month before billing. Online bills can easily go into junk file and not get read. I have seen many online fishing scam invoices with Geek Squad name on it so even if I were to get a notice, I’m sure it would not have pertained to me.
BEST BUY IN GRESHAM WILL ADD THE PROTECTION PACKAGE WITHOUT TELLING YOU. Manager today told me I am responsible for reading all the fine print on my receipt.

Very disappointed with them. They no longer had a selection of phone cases for my S24 which is the 2nd newest phone out by Samsung.
