Customer service it very good here! Associates are knowledgeable and. If they don't know, will get someone who does.
Every single time I buy something at this location it is broken. Without fail there is always 1 item that is completely non functioning. Beware.

Literally the worst customer support I've ever experienced
Bought a computer for 1400$, asked for extra RAM they said no problem. Turns out incompatible as HP kind of locks the RAM to only the built in one which is not available for sale.
Support sent me a link and guaranteed it should work (fun fact this one didn't work either)
So I went into the store, made an appointment with the geek squad which they told me would be free of charge as I bought the computer there.
One week later, getting there they are telling me to take a look at it I would need the 179,99$ membership.
Remember I bought the computer and the RAM at best buy
Laughable really. I am never going to buy anything through them ever again.
Wasted my time, fuel and money
Even buying over Facebook marketplace seems safer.
