The staff are great, the store is well stocked. This is a Best Buy; if it was exceptional it would be concerning. However, I've been here quite a few times in order to fix my friends tech issues and was always satisfied with my purchases here.
Also, there's two lines for the cash registers. The one on the left is for Doordash or whatever. Why we have people dashing stuff from Best Buy is beyond me.
Quite possibly the worst store i have ever entered by far, aside from the smell, the almost non existent help you receive from anybody in this store is actually comical, I hope this store tanks and fails.

Can't even call the business because the AI wouldn't tranfer me to the store. Then on my THIRD try, I spent two minutes answering the AI's pointless questions to finally get transferred to...wait for this...an outsourcing company... can't even reach the actual store. But hey, no worries, because the outsourced person i talked to gave me a new number to call, (you're so profit driven that you can't have staff at the store answer phones?). So anyways I call that number, just to get back to the AI answering service, that they had for the other three stores I called. Way to lose a longtime customer. Can't even get help with a purchase.
And for a side note, that's mainly just venting, but the computer parts I was going to purchase have gone up 3-4X in price because of AI. Just a little salt on the wound 😂
