Good customer service and friendly.
Took a while to find someone to help me buy a phone but once I did I was out in a flash. It looks very clean.
Came in for an appointment with the Geek Squad; after being there for nearly 40 minutes to complete a simple task with my iPad they came out to let me know that my iPad was not registering and I would need to go directly to an Apple Store. That’s exactly what I did, after taking up most of my Sunday morning and afternoon and driving all the way to Bridgeport. The folks at the Apple Store was surprised as I was, that it couldn’t have been taken care of initially at Best Buy. What a joke and a waste of my time. I will not be returning and telling others that they are not equipped to handle simple issues. Very Annoying.

We were looking for a replacement cord for a C-PAP machine. They had a universal plug with multiple head that said it should work, but it didn't connect well enough to keep it powered on. We did find some nice wireless headphones that work great, and the staff were very helpful.
