They were extremely helpful and informative about the selection of a new Android phone and capable of transferring data, thoroughly.
Also, they gave accurate and needed advice in care of my android, such as removing my too many apps, even those imported from the Google Play store as dangerous.
The Samsung representative in the store made the sale with a large trade-in amount, but failed to transfer my internal Sim card.
Now that is done and everything works great.

I honestly had a great experience at this store! I came in to explore buying a new laptop. Right away I was greeted by Benji who is such a welcoming, amazing soul! We had a beautiful, fun exchange and he was very professional guiding me to where to go in the store based on what I was looking for.
Devin helped me look at laptops and we had a great conversation about them.. he helped me get clear about which one is the best for what I need.
I even talked with the ALK Security guard Robert - he was a very kind gentleman and I'm grateful to have that type of support at the store as a customer... it really made me feel more safe because we all know that area can get pretty dicey.
My experience here genuinely made my day!!! The team is awesome. Experience awesome. Products awesome. Yay!
