How do I check product availability at the Gresham Best Buy?

Isiah in customer service was very helpful. I had any issue with a computer mouse I bought that didn’t work. Isiah worked with me and the Geek Squad to confirm it was a hardware issue and that I needed a new mouse. While a replacement was not available in the area Isiah offered to have a new mouse shipped to my house in exchange for the defective one. These things sometimes happen but when you have an employee like Isiah that does everything possible to help it makes the process so much easier. Thank you Isiah for your attention to detail and willingness to work the issue. Very much appreciated!
