The Best Buy on Division in Gresham has to be the best! I've gone here for years and every time they greet me and offer help immediately, unlike several surrounding Best Buy stores where you go in,spend 15-20+ minutes looking and Nobody greets me or offers help. So no matter what,I only go to this store. I appreciate the kind courtesies and help. A big thank you to that team! Don't change!
Employees repeatedly lied and omitted important information in order to upsell me from repairing my old laptop to buying a new one with a premium membership. It turns out they weren't listening when I told them my needs, refused to refund the premium membership, and almost 6 months later I still haven't received the Best Buy Visa I signed up for. I had to pay a late fee because it's extremely difficult to make a payment if you don't have your full 16-digit card number (for the card I never received). I really look forward to figuring out how to cancel the credit card before some Best Buy employee goes on a shopping spree with it, /s.
My subconscious tried to tell me it was a bad idea to sign up for the Visa card, and now I suffer for not listening.
It's a amazing and great place too look for electronics but I got a PC from there and my PC says it has a cooling fan issue... I know it's probably not your fault but I recommend item checks before selling. If you already do then great!
