The employees are very helpful. They tell you exactly what you want to know and don't delay you with extra information like other businesses have been too lately
Getting so small cut back in every department
I went here to get my battery replaced for my IPhone. When I get there after waiting 3 hours they tell me the replacement was unsuccessful and my phone was not going to work anymore! Thanks to this I lost day of work, lost data and money. They charged me 89 dollars and their solution was to give me an old phone which also had the battery degraded. Basically, I ended up paying for a service which I didn’t receive , their solution didn’t helped at all and I still have to replace the battery of the old phone they gave me. I do not recommend anyone to get this service done at Best Buy. This has been a nightmare for me which made me lose money and information on my phone. The service from the person with the glasses was bad and for them I’m just a number but the effect this experience had on my personal life was detrimental.
