Best Buy Tanasbourne

Random employee tried to upsell me a stupid expensive mouse when I was buying a more affordable one and then I come home to find that the mouse/keyboard I ended up buying doesn't even have the wireless bluetooth usb despite the box picture showing one AND listing it as one of the components of the package. The mouse and keyboard itself come with batteries, which is much appreciated, but like, come on. I'm going to go back today when you guys open and force you to open all of these until you find one with everything it says is included. I'm not even joking, there were like 8 of these hidden away on the lowest shelf out of eyesight of the $70+ mice and I will make you go through all 8 to see if this was just a "mistake" Review may be updated depending on the outcome, but I swear every time I buy something here it's overpriced and always having issues but I REALLY hate supporting amazon as an alternative.

Went in to pick up Oura ring. Nice people but had 3 final fantasy magic pack for 5.49 with all other packs same thing. No where on Magic shelf were they packs for 6.99 but they tried to charge that and Steve manager and Julian said the system would not let them honor the price. They were nice about it but if a price is set and posted then needs to be honored. If tag says name of item and item is on there it needs to be honored. Best Buy needs to fix if it is system not letting them.

Great friendly staff who are always willing to help but not push.
