Best Buy Tanasbourne

I really wanted to give this location five stars. I went to purchase a Samsung Watch 8. The tag in the store showed the watch was on sale for $369. I questioned the price online $429. He gave me a sorry excuse that there was some miscommunication on the tags and the sale was over, and would be sold at the internet price. He never asked me if I wanted the watch and never offered to sell it at the lower price. As marked at $369 However I did find the same mix up at the Cascade station store was ready to sell to me. However Tanasboune location only had the one in the area. So, my bad I held off and waited. It seems that if you were going to advertise the watch at a lower price in store you need to honor that price and not try to cheat the customer by saying the online prices are the price we're selling them. I do not recommend this location but I will recommend anybody wanting to purchase from this location Tanasboune is that you do your research and homework first. Double check the price and resolve any discrepancy before agreeing to purchase. Sorry Best Buy you lost the sale.

Nice well stocked store for all electronic goods !

I am so happy that this store has completely turned around and has fantastic staff now. 3 years ago I said I'd never be back because I couldn't get any help. This time I had 3 people greet & ask if they could help me within just a few minutes of entering the store. I don't know what has changed but keep it up!

Quick in and out! I came in with a trade-in and left with 2 portable air conditioners. No fake customer service personalities, just direct, no nonsense and to the point which is what I like. Already a big Best Buy fan but was still impressed. Thanks guys!
