Needed new laptop. Took my old one to the Geek Squad and went to the laptop department where I had hands on help. They took the new one to Geek for me for info transfer. Great customer service and the right laptop.

Came in and bought a couple of phone, accessories, and Bruce helped me. Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly service. He went above and beyond and this is why I come back to Best Buy!
No way to call the actual store and the call center is not able to help. So ridiculous that I have to drive 35 min
To the store because they put the wrong charger in the box of my brand new laptop.

Can't get ahold of anyone at this store to resolve an error of a shipped product.
I've tried multiple times throughout the day with no call backs a single time. Absolutely ridiculous.
