The Tannasbourne location is by far my favorite. Today I was ushered to the front of the line for my return and was engaged in a lovely conversation with my cashier. I'm not being sarcastic. This conversation was real to the bones. Thanks for being a breath of fresh air and intelligence!
Went to the store to purchase a wi doe air conditioner unit that Home Depot online said it was available in store but could not be purchased for pick up. So I drove there to find out that it is not available in store. Frustrating.
Tried to exchange a gift after the 15 day return window, and was told that "customers pay for the privilege to return in a 60 day window." It's hands down the most classist experiences I've ever had. There is absolutely no reason for me to ever get anything here again when three major retailers that have double or triple the return window for FREE. I used to like best buy for the customer service, but things change i guess.
