If you can shop anywhere else, I urge you to do so. The incompetence of the sales and customer service teams is staggering. If Forrest Gump worked in retail, he would be working here. I made a 30-mile drive to the Medford store on a Sunday, because BB phone support excels at keeping you from talking to a human. My problem was simple. My Mac serial was entered into the BB system incorrectly. The serial number on the box is wrong. The serial number ETCHED ONTO THE MACHINE is, of course, correct. I verified this with Apple before I drove to Medford. I bought a very expensive My Best Buy Total™ membership so my Apple purchases would be covered automatically. They won't cover my machine AT ALL because --get this-- they have no way to correct the serial number in their data base to match the serial number engraved on the machine that THEY SOLD ME. Sorry, am I letting my frustration come through? After a 30-mile drive, I walked away with a "sorry we can't help you," no AppleCare, and "have a great day!" (???) I don't know whether anyone from BB reads these reviews, but just in case...
I can't get the machine I just bought covered with the warranty I have already paid for because BB will not correct its own error. This is unacceptable.

Well, I got what I wanted! I can’t say that for Costco. I went to Costco and they were not interested in selling me a television or an Apple Square.
Earl at Best Buy located in Central Point, Oregon took very good care of me. Earl kept the customer service standard extremely high and made The search and purchase of my new television extremely easy! I got exactly what I wanted!
Needed assistance to recover data... from cloud. Employees just Googled process... same as I did and were unable to resolve the problem 😕
