I've learned to always ask for help at the front entrance. They help you or get someone who can.
I purchased a refurbished iPhone from Best Buy. The camera didn’t work properly so I had to return it. Best Buy issued an e-gift card for the refund. The PIN for the e-gift card didn’t work. I called in and they said they would send a physical gift card within 7-10 business days. 9 days later i still didn’t have the card so i called back. They did not send the card and was told it would be “7-10 business days” before i got it. It’s been two weeks since I returned the phone and still no refund.

Love best buy Medford colin and Brittany are amazing so is earl, great service, very knowledgeable and very helpful! Honestly this is my fav best buy! I live 3.5 hrs away and made the drive and would do it again ! They are amazing ! 😍
AMANDA at the front cashier in Medford, Oregon is amazing! We were in about our security cameras under warranty. She helped us with the return and gave us excellent service.
