Bought a laptop on black Friday, it was defective so I went to exchange it. The clerk did a return instead of an exchange, they couldn't undo it. They sold me the same laptop back for $500 more and told me to call the 800 number to get the price matched. Turns out that's not even possible. The 800 number told me to go back to the store (they already told me they couldn't match the discount because it was below cost, the system wouldn't even let them). I tried calling the store... The direct store number goes to the same call center as the 800 number. I'll be returning the new laptop and never shopping best buy again.
Oh ... And the call center is in India, it took three tries to even get a person who understood what happened and what I was asking for before I was told it wasn't possible.
