How do I check product availability at the Medford Best Buy?

ZERO STARS. I opened up their advertised credit card and purchased a new gaming PC. I chose the option of 20% back in rewards certificates with the plan to apply them towards a laptop for myself. After months of calls I was finally told that I’m out of luck because my original BB account was deactivated due to age and no activity. NO WHERE when I made the purchase did my account seem inactive, especially for the fact that it let me make the purchase. They refused to rectify the situation and told me “it’s your fault for purchasing on an old account” and “ there’s nothing you can do no one you can talk to that will tell you any different.” I call BS and will keep raising awareness of this scam. I was promised something when I went in to contract with them for opening a line of credit and placing a $1000 order. I expect them to hold up their side of the contract. Going to BBB next.
