We purchased the Geek Squad protection on a smart watch. It broke and we went in the store and waited in line at the geek team line for over an hour. The entire time, we were 1st in line and next to go up...yet not one employee said it will be a moment or AN HOUR... nothing. They are so rude and unprofessional...i like Best Buy, but those geek people really give that store abad rep!

Went in once, not really my store... Facility seemed to be clean, staff gave you space but we're close enough to answer any questions that were needed.
Purchased a digital camera. The salesman was informed regarding the various camera specification.
