How do I check product availability at the Medford Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.

The customer service is absolutely atrocious even the automated phone service is by far one of the most irritating experiences I've ever had. I am going to go out of my way to make sure I never ever ever ever give a single time to Best Buy again worst experience ever

livid doesnt even describe how i feel right now. they "got rid of 8 infections" which i didnt ask them to do. i just wanted my power supply replaced. completely broke multiple working programs in the process which probably was the so called "infections" they were talking about. my remote desktop doesnt work anymore whatsoever. when it was in a working state before i brought it in. they somehow got my LEDS back on which i didnt want on. so i had to jump through rings just to shut them off again. now i have to completely wipe my pc to get the remote desktop program working again. thanks guys. to whoever is reading this please dont bring your pc here for a repair. support a local business who knows what they are doing. took almost 3 days for a 45 minute repair. maybe it would have been done same day if you guys didnt mess with my computer and break everything. not to mention they didnt get rid of anything, considering my antivirus detected 7 infections after i got my pc back. when before it detected absolutely none.
