Went in to get some adapters and an sd card reader. I knew the products were available in the store because the website said they were. Now I don’t expect everyone working there to be experts but with the frequency of different employees constantly coming up and bugging you about helping to look for something, they’ve got to tighten up the efficiency at actually finding things. Several times and employee would ask if I needed help, I’d tell them what I was looking for and we’d do the aimless walk around never finding anything. I eventually found what I was looking for on my own. But not without 4 other people bothering me. Perhaps Best Buy with all the technology they sell, could add a location onto their website to tell customers where exactly a product is. And hey, I’m all about getting people involved and having interactions with customers to get them working. So in that case, don’t make the feature available to customers but at least give the employees a better way to find things.
