I bought a Canon camera and lens at this Best Buy on Black Friday and Jake and Stormy couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive regardless of how busy the store was. They helped ensure that I got the best price available on the market for this camera. My experience was amazing because of them and I have never had service like this at any other Best Buy.

Asked for help in the tv department and 3 younger guys were so freaking rude to me, didn’t help me what so ever or ask what all I needed help with. I’m so dumbfounded by the customer service I received today. I left fuming. Got what I thought I needed and turns out it wasn’t correct at all. If someone would have helped me when I asked instead of be a jerk I probably would have gotten what I needed the first time.
