Absolutely positively useless when it comes to Apple service. Might add that Apple - primarily - is the problem. However , BB does not help itself aligning with the corporate monger and socially irresponsible entity that Apple is. Nevertheless - corporate greed on part of BB is enough. Why, why do they just not tell us up front that they cannot repair and that Apple will simply dispose of and sell a new used device. Despicable.

Super over priced and refused to price match. Customer service was luke warm. 1 lady at the door was super nice and helpful, but 2 men , we're not very nice and treated me like I was dumb. There is no mart cart for the disabled. I had to return what I bought and that did go smoothly.
I wanted to take a moment to shout out Miguel on the GeekSquad side. I cracked my phone screen protector (Zagg), and under Best Buy they offer a lifetime replacement warranty when it’s bought under an account. Had to spend a little time waiting for someone to help me, but the gentleman at the front pointed me to Miguel who was eager and ready to help. We had conversation about our jobs and what we do, and it wasn’t an awkward slow process. He put the screen on perfectly, no bubbles or misaligned edges. Really truly a nice genuine guy.
