Thanks Tyler in the tv department for helping me out. The tv I wanted was the same price at Costco … the only downside is they don’t have as good of a warranty
Didn't bug me until I was ready and I asked for assistance then brought me right to the products I was comparing, answered all my questions about the products, personally carried the product I chose to the front, the cashier made sure they had the pre-order item i was picking up ready. Everyone was polite, efficient and smiles felt real.
The negative - anymore loss protection is crazy. It felt more like a jewelry store. Gone is the excitement I always loved about electronics stores. Now I'll only go in one for a pickup or last minute replacement, never to browse. But 99.9% less impulse purchases so, for me that's good.

Very nice and helped me find my items
I always have such a great experience at this Best Buy. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. On our last visit we had the pleasure of working with Max to find us a new gaming laptop. He immediately showed us the perfect fit for our wants/needs and walked us through all the steps required to tailor the purchase exactly how we needed. He was very charming and funny, overall great employee! Give that guy a raise!
