Walked into Best Buy ready to spend money on a soundbar. Walked out realizing JB had absolutely no interest in helping anyone do that. He wouldn’t put his phone down, wouldn’t move from the exact spot he was standing in, didn’t ask a single question about our needs, and never once offered to show us any options.
The effort level was so low it was almost impressive. If this is the standard for customer service, I’m surprised anyone gets helped at all. We’ll happily be taking our business somewhere employees actually engage with customers.

Excellent experience at this location. The staff member I consulted was exceptionally knowledgeable about the inventory and store layout, providing quick and accurate assistance. Truly impressive service.

Very kind and helpful technicians. My iPad had some problems and they offered me good advices on how to fix my iPad. Also, their website is trustworthy. I bought an electric bike from their website. The bike worked really well.
