Went in to buy a expensive apple product and got HORRIBLE customer service and walked right out. I went home and paid $50 more and ordered from the Apple Store. I wish I would of got the employees name but he was so freaking un welcoming! I refuse to spend $550 where a employee can’t even smile. And fake like you like your job. This Best Buy won’t get $1 out of me anymore.

The store was empty of curstomers except the Geek Squad area which was understaffed. The gentleman that helped me was friendly and efficient. Once complete, my repaired laptop was supposed to be sent by FedEx to my home several hours from the store. It's been sitting on a shelf in the Geek Squad. I have called, nobody in store answers. I was told to keep calling back every 10 min by a phone tree operator. I eventually got another operator that told me they don't answer calls in store at all. He put in a request to have someone from the store call me. I'm waiting 48 hours to see if they decide to respond to my request. They do not answer the phone in store at all. There is not way to call them. Poor customer service policy by Best Buy corporate.

Bee with the Geek Squad was awesome, and he’s the only reason this review isn’t 1-star. If it was a review just on him, it would be 4-stars. Unfortunately, that same experience did not apply to the rest of my repair process. Apparently, Best Buy’s support (incl. Geek Squad) doesn’t have any access to the tracking information for your device if it’s sent to the manufacturer for repairs. As a result, they actually have no idea where it is when it’s in transit back from somewhere like Apple, and can’t tell you when it should arrive aside from a vague “1-2 week” window, despite Apple support confirming it was sent back 2 days earlier. Not helpful at all when your boss is eager for you to get back to work and wants to know you’ll be back online.
