I bought a laptop back in July 2024, I bought a 2 year warranty, when I t0ook my laptop in for a routine maintenance, the clerk could not find any record of the purchase of the warranty I was very disappointed of the service this was at Jantzen Beach best buy they have a very unprofessional sale staff!!!!
Whatever you do,, DO NOT PURCHASE THE TOTAL MEMBERSHIP! It does not cover anything at all! They say it is your extended warranty , that you dont need to purchase one..YES YOU DO! It is $99 just for them to come diagnose then its whatever it costs to fix.. that membership does not cover any extra costs! I just wasted $400 in two yrs for something I cant even use. My oven went out, its barely over a yr old, and I have to pay 100 for a diagnosis and then more to have it fixed! Im so angry.. I urge you to not waste your money on this membership! I have 6 things under that membership that I shld have purchased extended warranties for.. now I cant and that membership doesnt cover them. I hate being stolen from and lied too
