Sold me a faulty phone and when proven to be faulty denied the fact, and proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do unless I purchased apple pay

Went to this location for a charger and was misguided by a Samsung agent Jorge that said they didn’t work at Best Buy . He the proceeded to walk another coaster calmly to what they needed . I asked him why didn’t he just say that instead of just pointing and making something up . He told me go FIND A BESTBUY EMPLOYEE. I have never experienced anything like this when trying to spend money with a company.
