Just like everywhere the Best buy. You know what you're getting
Ordered an item for pickup, that was easy and fast. Staff greeted me as I walked in and showed me the pick-up counter.
Counter staff was not friendly when I didn't have my barcode ready. I wasn't familiar with that and assumed I could give my name and show ID as I had already paid, but he said that to look up the item with my name was a different process.
I'm not even mad, just seems silly to take on a negative-ish or bothered demeanor because someone isn't as familiar with the process.
I looked it up and presented the requested barcode and was given my item, which worked for what I needed.
