I’ll never come back here again. Up until this point, I had been buying thousands of dollars worth of equipment from them.
Very rude manager.
Don’t buy anything from them, because if something breaks, they will just say “Have a good day, contact manufacture” Even if the product's one-year warranty has not expired.
They really helped me figure out best lap top and that work computer was super dead.
Don't ever have 1 day shipping they use roadie a type of get hub for UPS the product I ordered was for one day shipping the roadie app informed me my order was picked up that day. So 2 hours after it was 4 blocks away 8 hours later still in the same spot regardless I never got my package I called best buy and they told me that nothing can be done because it was picked up that I should see it on the 23rd 14 days later than 1 day. Basically telling me it's my problem now I asked to speak to a manager and was told no and the outcome would be the same. I called this roadie service and they told me they couldn't get ahold of the driver and to call best buy anyone else that has encountered this from them I encourage you to speak up this is just not right in any way.
