How about stop lying to your customers. Don’t let people schedule battery replacements with Apple if you don’t even keep the items in stock. One day we will only have the cascade station Best Buy I’m sure with staff like this.

I can understand that the store not having the battery in stock for your iPhone battery replacement can be difficult. In many cases if the battery is in stock we would be able to replace within a few hours, or for next day. If we need to order a replacement battery or the repair is placed online with Apple it would certainly be nice to have the inventory of the batteries Apple sends us verified to avoid disappointments. Please note that you can leave the phone to get the batter repaired, and we can text/email you when it is ready to pickup. I bought a laptop back in July 2024, I bought a 2 year warranty, when I t0ook my laptop in for a routine maintenance, the clerk could not find any record of the purchase of the warranty I was very disappointed of the service this was at Jantzen Beach best buy they have a very unprofessional sale staff!!!!
