Came in specifically to buy a pair of Meta glasses and could not get a single employee to help me. I waited politely while one associate finished what they were doing; they never once acknowledged me. I turned to find someone else, made eye contact with a second associate who clearly saw I needed help, and she just walked away. After that I left and decided I should take my business elsewhere.
I normally shop at a different Best Buy where the staff actually engage with customers.
If you're standing on the floor with money in hand ready to buy and nobody will even make eye contact, that's a basic failure of customer service.
Train your staff to acknowledge people, instead of standing around even if it's just "I'll be right with you." I think I might just move my shopping to online.
Meh overworked overpriced
