I came in to exchange my Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 Classic for $125 store credit for a Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 and as soon as I walked in, I was directed to the mobile section where I was able to do so fast and get my new watch. They even let me sit and set it up before I left the store. Great experience!

Best Buy? More like WORST BUY! 🤬 I paid for Geek Squad Protection with accidental damage coverage, but when my camera was damaged, they denied my claim. Customer service kept sending me back and forth between Best Buy and Geek Squad, and nobody wanted to take responsibility or listen to my situation. They treat you well when taking your money, but when you actually need help, the service is completely different. It feels like all they care about is your money, not their customers. Think twice before buying from Best Buy or wasting money on their protection plans!
