Don’t buy stuff here it’s always broken and return policy is a joke, called customer service they recommended to buy a new one. These people working at Best Buy are not smart and just want you to waste money instead of resolving an issue . Next time Just buy from Amazon way better return policy, and ended up resolving the issue with YouTube .

Not very helpful. I’m upset with the security guard because I went to use the rest room and as I was washing my hands he open the women’s restroom door and stood there for 10 seconds and I was concerned. What a creep. I need the name of the security company and I was only in there for 2 minutes if that. Yikes very concerned please address this issue before someone gets hurt.
