Every time I’ve been to this store I had to find someone to help me.. not today Axel offered assistance shortly after I walked in, I showed him a photo of what I was looking for and within minutes he found it and checked me out! Give Axel a raise or hire more like him!

A 15 day return policy is crazy! Like what if it breaks or a gift that you get 14 days before it's gifted.. This is America the land of the consumers you think a place of business "best buy" would be more subject to the consumer. At this point Amazon is a head of its time.
