Nonexistent service. Everyone just stands on their phone by the front. Instead of helping me actually find something, I just get pointed im the direction knowing I won't find what I'm looking for. Has been what happens at every Best Buy the past 4 times I've been

Ashley is an A+ employee! I had a downright awful time at another store and Best Buy online chat was no help. I came to this location expecting more of the same, but Ashley listened to my issues and quickly offered solutions. I came in preparing for a struggle based on my experience to that point, but Ashley made a terrible initial experience into a great one. Thank you again for being so kind and generous!
