This store always provides an unpleasant experience. It’s always difficult to find and get help. And about half of the time the sales associates are just outright incompetent. Aside from the lackluster service, their inventory is always very low. Seemingly all across the entire line of electronics. I wish I could give them zero stars

I called Best Buy to ask a quick question about their products and was disgusted when an AI answered the phone. Best Buy is replacing real jobs with AI slop, I will not sit here talking to a clanker. Do better.
