Ashley is an A+ employee! I had a downright awful time at another store and Best Buy online chat was no help. I came to this location expecting more of the same, but Ashley listened to my issues and quickly offered solutions. I came in preparing for a struggle based on my experience to that point, but Ashley made a terrible initial experience into a great one. Thank you again for being so kind and generous!
Best service ever got my system in about 5 minutes
Had what I needed (phone flash drive) at a price I would pay. 😁
This store always provides an unpleasant experience. It’s always difficult to find and get help. And about half of the time the sales associates are just outright incompetent. Aside from the lackluster service, their inventory is always very low. Seemingly all across the entire line of electronics. I wish I could give them zero stars
