Typical great range of audio video, appliances and computer products. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful.
Went to the clackamas store to purchase an item. They didn't have it in stock, but the Janzen beach store did. Talk to somebody to make sure that the item was in stock and they ended up having me purchase the items on the way there. Told me I could pick them up as soon as I got to the store. But then when I got to the store, they told me there would be a two hour wait for them to get the items for an online purchase.
Then, the store associates told me that there was no product available. I said, how is that possible? Since I just bought it online. well, they finally found the items. Here's the best part I had to purchase them AGAIN and then I had to cancel my online order.
What a fiasco.
