Zach in car audio installation is the MAN! Called me before my appointment because he noticed that the call center didn't sell me something I needed, so I could make an informed decision about what I wanted to do, and he went to bat with management to save me a few bucks on it. Also mentioned that the unit I picked didn't have android auto, so I was able to get a different one that did before finding out the hard way, and saved some more money in the process. Way above and beyond, great experience all around.

Amazing food and service.
Went to change iPhone battery and the people who made the appointment failed to tell us they could not change the battery if it was 82 percent. We scheduled other appointments based on this one. We wasted two hours of our time which we reserved for this appointment and drove an hour for nothing! Then I tried to find a sales person in the cell phone area and no one was around. If this store goes under I can understand why.
