Helpful staff. Clean store.
Staff are pretty great, attentive and competent. Returned a thing I got online, pretty easy. bought a thing that wasn't stocked but was able to easily get them to grab one from back.
Bought a keyboard which quit working after two months. Customer Service in the store says "too bad". No way to escalate.
UPDATE: After seeing this review, Best Buy contacted me and sent me a gift card equivalent to amount of the keyboard. After much internet sleuthing, I found out the keyboard was covered by warranty for ONE YEAR. Why didn't the store manager at Best Buy in Clackamas tell me that when I complained? Why didn't they offer to fix it/replace it? Turns out the Insignia brand keyboard I bought is a Best Buy Brand. They need to do better with customer service.
FURTHER UPDATE:
Made appt for warranty service and was helped by James at Geek Squad. He was friendly and very helpful and ordered me a new keyboard. Thank you so much James!!

No usa connections. Awful. Columbia or Philippines. Screw Best Buy imo. Geek squad use to auto change my card. Just stopped doing that and never said anything. Loser company imo
