I did have a card with this store. I wanted to use it for my purchase. Since I had not used it for a while, it was closed. Sadly, I was not able to get what I wanted. The salesperson was helpful, patient, and kind.
Worst customer service experience ever, I went in looking for an item that was out of stock at two other locations that I was just at, not knowing where everything is in this location. I looked over and over before asking someone to do a stock check. I asked the gentlemen that looks like the actor Aaron Taylor-Johnson and proceeded to ensure me that they don’t have it and didn’t even bother to check and disregarded everything I’ve said with this condescending attitude. Sure enough, I finally find the item that he said was not in stock anywhere in the store, when on the mobile app says in stock that I had informed him when first contacted. He seems to be in manager position, with a high and mighty complex that it’s hard for him to offer any type of assistance. As he offers no value to this location.
When, not if this location closes. It will be due to poor management. Take your hard money elsewhere. Probably easier to just order from Amazon than to deal with these types of people.

I recently visited Best Buy and had a pleasant experience. I purchased a phone case and a screen protector, and they even installed the protector for me. The staff was incredibly helpful and made the process smooth and efficient. I highly recommend Best Buy for any tech needs you may have. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
