As a 20+ year Best Buy shopper and cc holder I have always thought Best Buy was one of the absolute best stores still in business. Unfortunately, the standards at this particular Best Buy have changed over the years from great to sub-par. This location is in one of the busiest areas of Portland yet is always short staffed and it is nearly impossible to get help without asking for it. Even then it can take way too to get anyone's help and nearly every time the staff has almost no knowledge of the products they carry. In comparison, this store fails to offer the service and attention the others do. Not every time is as stated above, but for the most part I drive farther away to other BB locations now because this location isn't what it used to be on many levels.
