This was the third Best Buy I went to to try and fix a stock/manufacturing issue from a purchase from a previous location.
Skyler and Trevor were both immensely helpful; listening to my issue after other workers from other locations shrugged me off. They calmly configured the situation and helped me figure out the solution which was way easier than we thought. I will only shop at this location from here on out. Thank you guys for your outstanding assistance and patience!
Blue shirts seem a lot more knowledgeable then most stores when I worked at this company. Seems a lot cleaner now a days as well.
I came in to purchase Meta glasses and was told by one of the employees that they weren’t in stock at this location, or at any nearby stores. That turned out to be completely untrue, as when I checked online to place an order, it clearly showed they were in stock at this location as well as a few others.
On top of that, the customer service I received was extremely poor. The employee didn’t greet me and instead dismissed me with, “What do you want?”—as if he was being forced to help. Not only did he give me inaccurate information, but his attitude also made the experience very unpleasant. This interaction caused your store to lose a sale that could have easily been made.
