Cool people working here on the afternoon/evening shift. Unless it's all one shift, I have no idea.

First, I'd like to say that the phone system is atrocious. When you're returning a call, you have to push # - but the phone system "can't hear it" - I tried multiple times and eventually just had to drive across town to go in person. The back story, I had set up an appointment for an install and the installer had called out. Not a big deal, I get it, we all need a day here or there. The downstream effects are that I had to get a family member to drive my car in because I had scheduled on a day that I could go. The next time I'd be in town and able to go would be two weeks, and when you're excited about your new toy... that is a huge let down. A bummer, if you will. The one star isn't because the people working were bad at their jobs but because the experience of trying to call was frustrating, cooperate needs to fix that phone system. The one star is for being let down, for having to get a family member to give up their time for the inconvenience. The one star is also for the lack of compensation offered for the hassle of having to drive to the store, reschedule, more time wasted. A multi billion dollar company like best buy should at least offer SOMETHING for the mess up. (wanted to say a different word, use your imagination.)

I went here to have my car dashcam installed by Geek Squad. I must say they did a quick and clean installation, and the price was fair (3-4 times cheaper than other shops).
