As far as sales help, I would give a 5 star rating. It was after that all hell broke loose. My brother was gifting me a new phone and tablet. The tablet was not in stock. 2 options given. It could be delivered to my apartment in 10 days, or to the store in 5 days. My brother was working 6 10 hour swing shifts and could not pick it up. No problem they said. They took a ton of info from me and said I would be able to pick it up. On a whim, before I drove all the way across town, I called to verify I was able to pick it up. I was told no. It was at this point that I realized there is no way to reach the store. Just a call center with a language barrier. I was told by the call center that through the website, my brother could change the pick up person. He did this, but I still was told no. So 4 days later, my brother had to show up late to work just so we could meet up to finally get the tablet. Bestbuy's excuse, oh, the salesperson must have hit the wrong button. Sorry. Not acceptable. It's sad. Because on one level the Samsung rep on work that day was great, but after that was just awful.
