Absolute worst best buy I have ever walked into, have n ever seen a more uneducated, non caring, sales time in my life/. do not seek any kind of info about an thing with these people they are wrong. this is the third time they sold me garbage that doesn't work. lied about it to get ba sale and 100% screwed me in doing so. I am so disgusted I cant even write this review. steer clear, I'm going to the top and if that doesn't work I'm contacting my lawyer, they are paying for this on e.

hello all. I strongly suggest, that if you don't know anything about electronics to not rely on the people who work in this store. yesterday I came in to buy a phone. I needed one that was esim compatibl\e. I stressed this point fto the max, very politely and very to the point. I asked three times and three times the sales person said yes yes yes. well it turned out that iyt was n ot and worse yet not even com partible with my serv ice provider which hn I also asked. I mdont kn ow if she lied to get the sale or shes just not trained right. I went to return the phone and they want to charge m e m oney. I never left the store and it's their fault the purchase was wrong. b est buy is huge so huge that not standing up to fix what they made wrong is an absolute disgrace to them. what kind of company does not stan d behind their word. or their associates word, Its in their mission statement. So now I have a phone that I cant use don't want and have e n o idea what to do with, as its com plete garbage. lost a new client ov er the deal and don't have service on my phone. Tell me Best Buy, this is the best that you can do...

This place is awful! Gave me a USED TV when I paid for a new one. Gave me the whole run around with getting either a refund OR a new TV. Didn't end up having the one in stock that I needed. Got a shitty 10% discount and a Good Luck. This is why no one goes into big box stores anymore and I hope this company goes down soon.
