Biased and discriminated against me because I was in a wheelchair. I was approached 3x by different people all talking on a walkie that I had stolen something. They had me open my satchel, then they tried to force me to stand and when I couldn't, they had me lift both of my legs up to check under me.
So I had one of those days where nothing was going according to plan . The phone I wanted was sold out in the color I wanted unless I got the next gig size up which was an extra $200 upon paying at the register I realized I was $100 short so I was going to purchase the one I wanted but pick it up at Gresham station however I discovered when I went to give the rep my id to scan for the hold I was still a couple bucks shy of my goal and my id got left at home🙄. Through all the back n forth with the rep and his manager those poor guys remained so patient and kind. They provided excellent customer service with a smile and great sense of humor. I will try this once again tomorrow out in Gresham only bc they're the ones who have my color in stock but the next time I need something from best buy I will go back to the Cascade Station. Store.
