Very poor customer service also when I asked to purchase Nintendo switch 2 the cashiers said the would not process order and I was to call customer support to make purchase. This is makes no sense u should b able to make any purchase u want at any best buy and apparently not cascade station. I dont recommend anyone going to cascade station best buy ever go somewhere else where customer service is a priority.. to respond to your reply the Nintendo switch 2 was available i showed the cashiers the online availability and the cashier still refused to process my in person order. I have gone to other best buy stores and the cashiers always process my orders. The cascade station best buy cashiers are the only place that refused my service. DONT SHOP AT CASCADE STATION

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. I know the Nintendo Switch 2 is still a hot new item, so I can appreciate your eagerness to be able to purchase one. Being informed that you couldn't get it at the Cascade Station store wouldn't have been ideal.
Since the release of this console, they have frequently sold out, so it's not always possible to get one purchased. As we get new inventory in, sometimes they have been available online only and other times it's been in store only. I'd be happy to have this looked into further with you.

Stephen has been above and beyond each time in this store the few times I have frequented. Helped get our business dialed for the long term in with new hardware accounting for application and intent - better yet figuring out the deals in the process.
