Online inventory rarely matches in store offerings. 2x in a week the online said it's here while store visit said, it'll be weeks before that is restocked. It'll be years before I come back!

Came in knowing what I needed and respectfully asked for help finding the right option. Apparently, that was offensive. Asked a reasonable question, got a condescending response. Tried to say “thank you,” and was cut off mid-sentence so they could turn away and chat like I didn’t exist. If you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience, this is the place for you.
