BEST POKEMON EXPERIENCE The team was kind enough to open up the doors 30 minutes before they actually open so we could purchase the new release of pokemon. Everything went smoothly and we got exactly what we wanted, so we were really appreciative. Thank you Kat, Corina and Adam too! Hope they treat you three to a good lunch :)

Huge shoutout to the employee Adam for doing us a solid. Went to pick up my amiibo preorder and while walking out the door he noticed us examining the box. He noticed the same dings and scuffs we did (probably our dismayed reactions as well) and first asked if we were sealed box collectors (we are) and then second if we wanted to do an exchange. He then brought out 2 copies of the same item and let us pick which one we preferred. We really appreciated his kindness and how he went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service.

The phone system is absolute garbage. I tried multiple times, just trying to get to speak to a human about an item in stock, and it either tried to redirect me to the website or hung up on me. I followed the prompts 10+ different ways and never got to speak with a human. I also got directed to the customer service center, with a "41 minute wait time", only to be hung up on AGAIN. I just wanted to talk to someone In The Store.
