Disappointed I was not allowed to return an item that was still boxed. After speaking with a supervisor, it was the same answer “no”. I asked if I could exchange for a different item or get a store credit, but the manager would not ok either option and had no solutions for me. I asked if they could let their customers know they are not able to return certain items so they are not in the same boat as I was. Very disappointed. With how this was handled.

Got a great deal on the HP Omni book 2 in 1.
Service was good, but the mood of the person checking me out completely switched up after I declined to sign up for the protection plan or credit card. I understand there is a certain amount of plans or credit cards you have to sell a month, but no means no :D
