I was disappointed at the Salem store, I had called before driving so far to make sure they had what I wanted in store. I was told, yes we have it in store, so I drove there only to find out they did not have what I wanted. I ended up going to their Beaverton store a 2 1/2 hr drive
Walked in . Walked out. New t.v. in hand. Straight to the point. Didn't press hard to upsell me. But then again, I got the best
You cannot call the physical store, even when you call the customer hotline number and ask them to transfer you to the store they tell you that it is impossible.
