Apparently we don't shop at Best buy anymore. Had a problem with my headphones over $200 plus paid for the highest level of insurance... Another $150...Was told to make an appointment to return them and have been waiting at geek squad over 30 mins... Will never be back thanks Best buy good luck...

I just tried calling to see if they had AirPod pro 3s in stock and could not talk to someone in the store. The phone system said check the website and hung up. I called back asking specifically to talk to someone, but then it just sent me to a call center where the woman just looked for availability on the website. I just want to ask someone in the store if they have a pair and can hold it so I don’t drive 20 minutes to find out they just sold the last pair.
This isn’t the fault of this particular store but by god Best Buy, if I wanted to check availability online I’d do it. It’s wrong often, I know, I used to work retail and constantly had to tell customers about the system not being realtime. It’s totally fine if you don’t have something in stock, I just don’t want to waste 40 minutes of my day driving to the store and back when I could get an answer in 2 minutes with a phone call.

I visited twice today, once to return something I'd ordered in error. Cris helped me both times, and I couldn't have been happier with the service he provided. He found exactly what I needed after stepping in when he could have easy kept out of it during my second visit. He made my visits quick and easy. I hope he is appreciated.
