Bad costumer service, guys ignore you and walk away, they put you on a list for help, I spent 20 min waiting and no body show up. I was swapping a tablet.

came in for a specific printer ink and i couldn't find it until i did a full lap around the store. i couldn't find a single employee to ask for help so a 2 minute task turned into 20 minutes, plus the lady who checked me out was short and rude. genuinely made me not want to come back here.

Went in to return a defective TV that was purchased at a different location not even 24 hours from purchase and the customer service was horrible. I had called customer service before I had went anywhere to make sure if I load this TV into my car that I would be able to be granted a return or exchange. The supervisor that I spoke with told me that he could not return or exchange the TV because it was not bought at that location as well as because I had laid the TV flat in the back of my large SUV. I had also explained what I was told by customer service and the supervisor explained that he was sorry that they had misinformed me. After asking what I should do because going to the location this TV was purchased was an hour each direction to drive the supervisor said that I would have to drive up there to see if they could process the return. I asked the supervisor if I could speak with the location I had purchased the TV at and he said he did not have their phone number and they could no longer help me. The supervisor told us that he would have an employee help us back out to our car with the TV and help us load it. The employee put it on the flat cart and sent us on our way as they did not have time to help us.
After driving an hour away to the location the TV was purchased at they did agree that the TV was defective and granted a return of the item. We had help getting the TV inside the store by an employee as well. The customer service was by far better than what we had experienced at the Salem location. I do not recommend going to the Salem location. Best Buy will not see another penny from me.
