Negative 5 stars. Truly pitiful. I ordered something on the website and took it back the day it came, and since it was a marketplace offering on the best buy website, they couldn't take it back. I had my laptop & they tried to initiate a return & they couldn't do it. The manager tried to give me a phone number to go work on it some more myself. Wow. That's the last time I ever shop there. Be careful ordering from their website, or just skip it, and look somewhere else. I've never seen anything like this before. Newegg is really good. I wish I'd just gone there, but I thought having the store nearby would be helpful. LOL! Nope.
