I went to my local Best Buy looking for Pokémon promo cards but felt a little embarrassed about asking. As I walked in, I was greeted by Jason, an employee at the door. He had a big smile and a welcoming attitude, and when I asked about the cards, he didn’t judge at all—just pointed me to the front desk and mentioned that a lot of people come in looking for them. It was really refreshing to have such a friendly interaction.
I hadn’t planned on buying anything else, but Jason’s attitude made me feel comfortable, so I asked him about laptops. Without hesitation, he said, “I’ve got the guy for you,” and introduced me to an associate. The associate was just as personable and definitely knew his stuff. Long story short—I ended up walking out with a new laptop.
The whole experience was so positive that I know I’ll be coming back. I just bought a new house, and when it comes to future tech or home needs, I can only see myself returning to a place where I know I’ll get great service from people I trust.
I would leave no stars if I could I bought a 55 inch insignia tv brand new from them and never opened it untill last night when I found no remote or cord I ordered them online at best buy they I got there they didn't have my order infact it wasn't in stock at all and offered to refund me but it would take 7-10 days to get back to my card so I CALLED VIDEO ONLY ON A WHIM AND THEY ARE AMAZING A MAN NAMED LUCAS ANSWERED I EXPLAINED MY SITUATION HE SAID COME ON IN AND THEN GAVE ME A REMOTE AND CORD FOR FREE!!!!! I will NEVER GO BACK TO BEST BUY for anything for one VIDEO ONLY HAS BETTER PRICES CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ITS GOT A FAMILY FEEL TO THE STORE VIDEO ONLY HAS MY BUSINESS 100000/1000000 FOR EVER

They are so awesome here. I took My computer in that was given to me and since im a best buy member they are installing everything on it for me. Kool thing is too that defender comes with Microsoft 365 so I dont need a subscription to reboot i been paying for!! Thank you Geeksquad
