I wanted to take the survey but don’t know how to access it. Anyways, today Peter helped me out a lot. He was kind and informative. I appreciated his help a lot.
Looks like a fresh reup of sports cards it's a good day but I crapped out on my pack 🥴
Abysmal customer service. On Friday I bought a TV for my parents and arranged for delivery on Saturday. The app showed the driver picked it up Saturday morning, and then it disappeared. It was never delivered.
I called Best Buy, who confirmed the TV was picked up by Roadie, but from there, they couldn't find it. They said call Roadie. I called Roadie and waited on hold (your call is very important to us...) for an hour and gave up.
Monday, I went to the Best Buy store and spoke to a manager in customer service who REFUSED to help me. It wasn't his problem. It's Roadie's problem.
But I bought the TV from you! I gave YOU hundreds of dollars and entrusted YOU to get my purchase to its destination.
He told me to call Roadie. I said I wanted to cancel the order, buy the TV in store and deliver it myself. He said NO, it's in delivery. (But they can't find it.) I want my money back. NO.
He said he would email someone and get back to me in a few days.
Are you freaking kidding me?? Now, 5 days later, I'm out hundreds of dollars, no TV, no way to get my money back, and no help finding the lost TV!
I'm furious!
Didn't have the item I was looking for on the floor although being listed as "in stock" on the website. I was looking around and obviously confused, and an employee came up and asked if I needed help (without me asking). I showed him the website item and he immediately apologized, and went and grabbed one from the back. I forget his name, but he was awesome. He explained why the item wasn't on the floor, which I really liked. Turns out they're rearranging the console gaming section and just didn't have a place for my item set aside quite yet. Great experience!
