I purchased an item online to be picked up in-store. I was in a bit of a rush, and as I waited in line an employee named Alex who had just finished helping another customer saw me waiting and asked if they could help and went back to get my item. It was a huge help and I was leaving with my purchase in seconds. Thanks for making it simple!

The worst experience that ever happened to us. Ordered items have never been delivered. They said some bullshit about an error of the delivery. It looks like they are just using your money while not being abke to deliver your items. You pay the interest on your credit card while they are using your money for free for over a month. Be careful with those scammers. It happened the second time in a row.

Can no longer talk to anyone at the store. All calls are outsourced. My delivery was supposed to be updated with route time. Have been told different things. Very frustrating. Wish I would have went to Lowe’s.

How can you not love BestBuy, they have great prices and even greater service. The online orders are ready usually within 15 mins and the curbside pickup takes 5 mins or less, great service all around. I won't go anywhere else for my electronic needs!
