This best buy is the best they have great customer service and really take care of us!
They got some good stuff in there, ultimately not what I wanted. And not what I needed. But good people that work there do their absolute best. Some of the prices are decent, but you need to watch if you're looking for wireless compatibility on especially car radios. Still worth the stop.
Tried to buy a desktop. It was scheduled for Tuesday. Got an email on Sunday saying it was out for delivery and required a signature. This email came fifteen minutes before it was at my door. I wasn't home to sign. Because I only got a fifteen minute heads up. So I couldn't sign and put off all my other plans in case they tried to redeliver. They never did. At the end of the day the status suddenly changed to returned. Called and was told that I couldn't get my desktop because it was returned and I can't get the money back until the desktop is physically back at the store. So not only am I out a computer, I'm also out a good amount of money for an undisclosed amount of time.
LOL, bought a open box tv that was supposed to be in good condition, well, no feet or power cord or remote. thats good condition, id hate to see there fair condition. anyways took it back and then they said it was a dif serial number, maybe they should be investigating there employees. after a bit they decided to stop lying, be very careful in this store, esp. with open box items its a big scam.
