Worst experience ever. Spending hours trying to get my friends money back on the phone. Conned into a Best Buy credit card and then still wrote a check for what she put on this card.. additionally 400$ of charges she has no clue what it was and certainly didn’t need. This place is a scam. The Internet says you can cancel in your account.. we don’t have or want one.. by phone.. hours later that’s apparently impossible and in store who refuses to help and says to call the same number over and over. Last time after waiting an hour.. it just hung up on us. Preyed on the elderly like a slimy foxes.
