Had my brand new laptop purchased in November acting a fool and having something go buggy with the hotkeys. Aside from the person I spoke to on the phone messing up my appointment time; Amber at the Geek Squad counter was superb! They were very attentive, knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. They still served me even though there was a mix up with my appointment time, and made me feel welcome. They spoke with me, I explained I had done all sorts of troubleshooting on my own, Amber was able to confirm it was a software issue and advised some in house services, but I asked if they thought I would be able to fix it with a factory reset, they said it might. Sure enough! All fixed! Thank you so very much Amber for suggesting the in house services and membership! Thank you also, for hearing me and guiding me through options for self-fixing opportunity. Amber is an asset to your best buy Geek Squad team and deserves the best! Highly recommend! :)
