They have the C charger wall block that I needed for my Samsung Galaxy 8 watch
I used to shop here frequently. They certainly have a wide selection. Sometimes I find a helpful sales clerk
This last interaction my 8 yo washer was having an issue. I called and was transferred once after a ten minute call after another ten minute call I was told I qualified for extended warranty but there were no services in my area,
I went in to the store and asked the clerk if Best Buy services appliances, just an information seeking question.
She raised her voice and told me. “ We live in a throw away society and you’re lucky you’re washer later that long”
I outta be able to come in and ask a few questions about an appliance I purchased there and not get yelled at
I will NEVER return to this store
If you think you notice terrible customer service after you’ve purchased a product you’re probably right
There are a few store with good customer service still available. I highly recommend giving your business to them

Has a calm environment and tons of tech for all the tech nerdies :) about 30% of their things are behind glass which sucks, but with all thats happening to the world its necessary.
