I still think brick and mortar stores are still important. The store is a good one to be able to compare a wide variety of price points,qualities, and brands of electronics and even appliances to a lesser degree. They have a great selection and are pretty well stocked. Prices are usually very fair and competitive with online retailers. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Kinda desolate nowadays as etailing has taken over. Love going in to shop but their PC part selection is quite limited. I wish we had a MicroCenter. Most of the unit displays don't work but that's par for the course compared to Target, Walmart, and other Best Buys.
The staff are nice and knowledgeable. Expensive rates at the Geek Squad, though. Don't think that's the fault of the Squad itself, but rather Best Buy Corporate.
