Zero stars would be my rating for this store where I recently went to shop for a specific item, plus inquire about the Geek Squad service. "Rude" doesn't even begin to describe the attitude of the Best Buy employee. He repeatedly interrupted me when I tried to ask questions and even sarcastically demanded to know if I "even have a phone or a computer." I walked out and I won't be back.
