Première expérience de ce magasin et je d'où avouer qu'elle fut positive. Magasin de Belle taille et très bien achalandé. Nous y sommes allés après des déboires avec une visite catastrophique chez un opérateur téléphonique. Chez Best Buy, en Oregon, au Etats Unis, près d'Eugène la ville la plus proche, vous trouverez ce que vous cherchez.
Nous avons fini par y acheter un téléphone prêt payer afin nous dépanner car nos Pass Usa/Canada ne fonctionne pas. C'est désolant de voir son organisation mise à mal par un système défaillant en France.
Bref, après plusieurs visites dans différents magasins du coin, c'est finalement chez " Best Buy" que notre problème fut résolu.
Malheureusement, ce n'est pas le cas de mes amis qui sont purement et simplement laisser tomber après avoir acheté un lave vaisselle. Rendez-vous d'installation non respecté donc perte de leur journée à attendre la venue des livreurs-instalateurs. Même pas un coup de fil pour prévenir. C'est désolant de voir que cette attitude se propage aujourd'hui dans pas mal de commerce. Vous achetez, c'est bien mais pour la suite c'est une autre histoire. Désolant et décevant. Un peu plus de professionnalisation serait bien non!
