I had bought a starlink mini in December as an over the road trucker I’m in TX night bought it in Springfield. It fell off the roof of the truck where it was mounted. All I’m trying to do is get ahold of cut support at the store I bought it from. And all I get is geek squad and they don’t help plus I was told the store doesn’t except phone calls not impressed

They need to work on their customer service I walked in and got zero help was there for five minutes and none of the employees helped or even acknowledge me and this ain’t the first time

We needed assistance with a number of things and the associate Iian at the Springfield store was amazing
