It’s an ok store, the staff sometimes has no idea where stuff is, stock is often limited considerably, and it just seems like it’s slowly fading into obscurity.

SECURITY IN THE PARKING LOT AT NIGHT CANT EVEN IDENTIFY THEMSELVES. THEY PULL UP NEXT TO YOU START CUSSING N BEING RUDE. IF YOUR GONNA HAVE SECURITY MAKE SUrE THEy KNOW HOW TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES. NO MARKINGS OR NOTHING. Photo attached of your so call security. I was texting someone and I literally told him i was leaving in a sec. I do uber and lyft and had no place to park and send a text I dont make a mess and I have dashcam on my car. I have literally call cop for people starting fire in your parking lot. THE MAIN POINT IS have Security team who gonna walk up to people and identify themselves first. Not cursing at People at the beginning. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Moved to Eugene, OR in May 2026. The nearby Best Buy in Springfield was a great asset, not only for the latest in technology, but their Geek Squad was very helpful in data transfers, home office set-up, and TV installation. Knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive. Very, very helpful. My fav.
