How do I check product availability at the Springfield Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

Unbelievable! Not in a good way.. I don't even want to give them 1 star! Drive through...ordered 2 McChickens. One with no mayo so that got me pulled to the side... 29 minutes later I had to walk in and see where my order was... they'll bring it right out.. 7 more minutes?? By this time I'm so mad I don't even want the food.. wow.. next time I'll travel the 2 blocks extra to go to Carl's Jr. Zero stars for their unapologetic substandard HORRIBLE delivery of mediocre food...even for McDonalds. All bad!!!

Called and was told that they would pricematch, got to the store and was told they they wouldn’t pricematch Walmart.com
Called back and got help from the person on the phone and was told that I have to wait an hour to pick up my product.

If you like being ignored and waiting insane amount of time for any help this is where to shop. Do yourself a favor and just buy it online cause they are severely understaffed and not knowledgeable about what they are selling.
