Placed an order for pickup and waited for it to be ready. Was notified it was ready and showed up a few hours later only for them to tell me it will be ready in 1 hour. There were 4 people sitting around behind the counter do nothing and I asked can someone possible grab it now. I was than informed that they had actually sold my online order to someone and that my order is now gone. Quality time at Best Buy 0/10 experience.

Best Buy lies to their customers.
I bought a garmin watch prior to Christmas and was told I have 90days to return. I happen to come to store on Jan 15. Well before 90days but I was told I have a return window that literally ended yesterday. The children, all under 30yr, that run Best Buy are not helpful. I have a box that is unopened and can be sold today. But they will not honor a return and believe I’m lying about store associate telling me about 90 day policy. I expect corporate to do better!!
Ps a good thing about Best Buy is they keep a history. A bad thing is they can’t move history from various phone numbers. So I have purchased under 4 different numbers and names.

As always, the staff members here at Best Buy were attentive and knowledgeable, the shelves were stocked with a full selection of products, plus the clearance rack had some amazing deals.
The store was easily accessible, had ample parking, was well lit, and was well maintained.
This is consistent with my past experiences at not only this particular store but at all Best Buys I've visited in the past so I would definitely recommend it.
