1 star because of the stupid ai chat bot you get calling the store. I spent 5 minutes trying to just call the store and couldn't get passed the stupid ai.

This has to go down as one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a retailer, and more specifically the Geek Squad at this location. T-Mobile had directed me to get my BACK GLASS repaired at the geek squad. Before I explain let me also paint you a picture that the staff here have 0 sense or urgency or concern about the people coming through the doors. I was told I had to pay an $80 deductible on my fully covered device , first frustration totally not their fault. Then they say they have to run a mandatory scan to see if there is anything else is damaged and if so it is required for everything to get fixed…. Now suddenly they discover they have to replace my speaker on my phone as well and this is not a part they have and will have to be order….. come back in after the part is ordered, again a lot of standing around waiting to get people’s attention who have no sense of urgency or care, to be told its going to take 4 hours to get repaired, 4 hours later I come in and I stand around for another hour trying to figure out whats wrong with my device, finally they tell me that Apple isn’t able to connect with them to do whatever software update they need to do so that my phone can work properly after the repair and that I will need to bring it back in to have this update finished. I come in today to finish this process to be now told my phone has been fried because of the system not being updated not only that but I left my phone with them in order to have the device properly updated to come back 4 hours later to be told again that they are unable to connect with apple to update the repair and that its an ongoing issue they’ve been having with apple products all week (which I already knew ) so they admitted that this is something they were unable to finish updating WHICH LED TO MY PHONE BEING DAMAGED INTERNALLY BECAUSE OF GEEK SQUADS INCREDIBLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank goodness for full 360 coverage on my device as Tmobile is now shipping me a full replacement and I wont ever have to step foot into the most poorly ran Best Buy I have ever been into. My biggest issue out of all of this is the lack of transparency with the fact that they were never going to be able to “calibrate” my phone with Apple because they haven’t been able to ALL WEEK instead of having me drop my phone off AGAIN to have to drive back four hours later on my lunch break, just to stand until I could get my device back. Nobody even reached out to me in those 4 hours to tell me they weren’t able to calibrate it and when I tried calling nobody would pick up the phone.

Honestly such a horrible trip. Went there looking for headphones that were advertised online as a certain price, which surprisingly I found them in the store. I was actually able to get someone to get them out of the case for me and when I went to the register they rang in as a completely different price (Double the price). I told the cashier what the price was suppose to be and what the sign said and he said that he was sorry but they weren’t that price. He showed us the only pair that was 50 dollars more so we settled on that after being frustrated with the way their pricing was wrong. Rang in the new pair and guess what! That pair also rang in more than the price tag said it was…. Now I’m completely frustrated and the cashier did nothing to help remedy the issue. Awesome customer service.
