UPDATE: IF YOU THINK I AM GOING TO ENGAGE WITH YOUR ALLEGED BUSINESS MODEL ON SOCIAL MEDIA, THINK AGAIN. I AM UNINTERESTED IN BEING SHOVED INTO FACEBOOK. FROM ME? YOU NOW RATE FIVE NEGATIVE STARS. ZERO stars, actually. Tried to contact store after being told by another local recycler that Best Buy recycles electronics and I had a question about whether Best Buy would recycle a specific item. Not only experienced a rude bot-driven robophone system, but finally after repeating multiple times "operator" was allegedly connected to a music hold - which OF COURSE after on hold for 20 minutes was disconnected. Their phone system apparently only works if someone has a "Best Buy" account. I do not and after this? WILL NOT get a Best Buy account! I live 20+ miles away and not traveling a round trip just to ask a specific recycling question - like whether they take a certain kind of item! Their public interface is so unprofessional and unfriendly that as well I would not purchase anything from them.
