Just like all Best Buy’s nowadays it’s a hassle to buy anything. Long Queues just to wait for employees that know nothing about what they’re selling. Oh and there’s about 8 employees working at a time lol

Spent 20mins on hold to discuss a PC power supply. When the rep named Mohd answered, he said they didn't sell them. I went online, and Best Buy said I could buy one and pick up in an hour. I called back, got Mohd again, told him they do sell it. Asked to speak to someone else, he said no supervisor, no co-worker available. And that since I found it online that they sell it, maybe he could help me out... No thanks.

If you try to call it first has a deaf ai answer then transfers you to an overseas call center. Amazing terrible customer service.

The salespeople were very helpful. We bought a Samsung Frame TV. It looks great on our living room wall above the fireplace. Enjoying the picture quality and sound.
