The guy at the register was very nice and appeared helpful. Later after I got home I realized how bad Best Buy ripped me off. I purchased the 2 year protection warranty and I have used it in the past with previous purchases with no problems. This time my kindle was not working properly I came in to replace it with the protection warranty I had purchased with the product . I had two months left on the coverage. I thought I would get a replacement and buy the warranty again. Instead they refused to replace the kindle and insisted on crediting my purchase price from 2 years ago instead of replacing the product as was the intent of the two year protection . Rip off!! This is the first time I have been treated like this and every day I think about it I get even more upset. What is the point of purchasing protection coverage if the store refuses to honor the warranty with a product replacement? AVOID this Best Buy they are sheisty and do not honor their warranties.
