This one star review is for the fact you can't call the actual store and speak with a human and for the delivery service they contract out with a company called Roadie. Driver never bothers to attempt delivery, he either went to the wrong building or lied, never made contact with me and when I called Roadie 10 mins later, by the time I got ahold of someone there, he never answered their texts and calls either when rhey tried to getvhim to re-attempt delivery. So they told me I had to call the physical store. Well, thats an impossible task now. So their outbound calling center said she transferred me to the store, no one answered, I tried leaving a VM with the info, it hung up on me. Now my order will be canceled and I have to wait for the money to come back onto my card and I needed the product today. I would have done in-store pickup or shipped it if I thought delivery was going to be such a hassle.
