My PC crashed and within an hour he got me back up and running better than ever! I was terrified I’d lost my manuscripts but he literally saved my job! GIVE HIM A RAISE AND A BONUS!!!!!

Wish I could use less than 1 star. Worst experience ever! Ordered 7 PCs received 5. Followed up after waiting 2 months for other 2 PCs and was told would be available in a week. Received text order has been cancelled 2 days before expected delivery. Tried calling to resolve and have been hung up on 3 times. No longer a customer!
Now I must add that the wish for me to reply to Best Buy on a social media platform is ridiculous. They obviously have my contact information as I was sent an email. Also did not mention above that when I talked with support at Best Buy they said I could reorder the same product again. However, it would be at the new price which is at a higher cost of $340. Sure sounds like the product I ordered is available. What a scam!
