I would like to formally apologize to Nathan and Jacob for having to deal with me twice in the same day.
Earlier that day, Nathan helped me get an iPhone 17 Pro. Everything was great. Then I went to work, spent a few hours convincing myself that I absolutely needed the Pro Max, and came back after my shift with the confidence of someone making a terrible financial decision.
I walked in expecting at least one eye roll when I said, “Remember that phone you sold me a few hours ago? Yeah… about that.” Instead, Nathan was incredibly kind, didn’t judge me for being boujie, and actually stayed late to help get everything switched over.
Jacob was amazing too. Between my last-minute phone upgrade crisis and computer issues, these guys handled everything with way more patience than I probably deserved. Nathan even jumped in to help Jacob with the computer, and together they got everything figured out without making me feel like I was ruining their evening.
The best part? I originally came here because I had issues at the Verizon store and was already frustrated. Somehow these two turned my entire day around. I came in stressed and annoyed and left with a giant new phone and an ego that was apparently too small for the regular Pro.
Nathan and Jacob are hilarious, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely some of the best customer service people I’ve ever dealt with. This Best Buy has officially become my Verizon store now.
If you see them, be nice to them. They survived me buying a phone and then immediately coming back for a bigger one a few hours later.
The sales rep Dylan was absolutely on point. Got more than I was initially looking for at a great price because of him. I lost my receipt to give him 5 stars so I'll do it here.
