I bought expensive products online. My first product was misdelivered, the delivery driver sent a proof picture where the package could not be seen. Best Buy did not take responsibility for a $300 product. At the same time, I had bought another product for $150. More than 10 days have passed since the deadline, and I am still waiting for my product to arrive at my house. Honestly, the online customer service is terrible. I have been talking with support for 10 days and they haven’t given me any solution. In the first case, they have evidence that my package was misdelivered; they have a proof picture showing that the package is not visible. I called the courier company and even they were able to verify that my shipment was delivered incorrectly. Still, Best Buy did not refund my money, nor have they sent me a replacement product. So far, I am completely dissatisfied with the situation. I spent too much money on products that never arrived.
I write few reviews, however, this kind of customer care requires one. My printer jammed, could not remove paper deep in a huge printer, with another top rate computer fix it store (initials U B, IF) in Beaverton telling me "it might take days to fix it." Discouraging and probably costly. Drove straight to Best Buy w/o an appointment. Walked in to Geek Squad, Devon and Kaushik said they would help and they even carried in the printer (a mid sized office professional printer) worked on it for 5 minutes, fixed it (!) My husband & I both bought great laptops there, had them dialed in but I didn't think about them regarding printers. Wait for it-there was no charge! Why go anywhere else?

Went to Best Buy to pick up a (Samsung crystal UHD 55 inch) TV I ordered online. I got there when the doors opened at 11 AM on a Sunday and to my surprise the TV was already at the checkout ready for me to pick up. The process was super easy and I was pleasantly surprised about the entire interaction. Thank you Best Buy I appreciate the service.
