After searching around and not finding the adapter I needed, I asked the first salesperson. He told me to look for it in the TV section, but I still couldn't find it there. So I asked the second guy, who was standing at the information desk in the TV section. After he finished talking to the previous customer, I started asking my question. I'm not sure if he was discriminating against Asians, but I'm pretty sure he didn't want to listen to my question and help he just rudely told me to ask another guy. I think this is very unprofessional and unreasonable. If you need to buy something in Best Buy, I strongly suggest you go to another store.

Best Buy is always the place you can trust to get the best deals and where you can actually try things before you buy. The staff today were specially nice and had me in and out within 10mins! Wow! Through your the years we have purchased all kinds of appliances and they always have promotions that end up beating the competition and it gives me peace of mind knowing I can go in to the store if I was to have any issues.

My wife and I had an appointment to have our computer looked at by the Geek Squad at Best Buy, and we were promptly served there. I have always been very happy with the Geek Squad at Best Buy and will return there soon!
