Worst staff to work with. I just spent 1500 on a computer and had the worst customer service experience. No one informed be that a trade in Mac value would drop from a laughable $100 to $35 if I didn’t have the power chord. When I stated it was a rip off and was obviously not happy with the value, an employee took my paid for computer and put it back on the shelf. The manager knowing I’m not happy with the service immediately defends the employee. The place was empty and I’m hopeful the lack of business will get this building out of our community. Item IMMEDIATELY returned solely based on service.
