There were associates all over, but only one actually greeted me and asked if I needed help. Others were standing near tables on their phones, or just having chit chat about where they went for a game....

It’s Best Buy... I gave two stars because they did not have ScanDisk cards in stock, which was disappointing. I also picked up an order that had been placed ahead of time, and the checkout process was slow. Given that it’s the Christmas season, they really should have had more than one person available to check out customers.
