Only calling the customer service horrendous is being severely generous. Picked up a desktop computer, it ended up shocking one of our employees who was setting up and they needed to go to the E.R. Best Buy's Supervisor I spoke to essentially said "too bad" and didn't do anything outside of offer to exchange/refund the product. While yes it's not their fault, we were told by Best Buy live chat that they could comp the difference between two models.

Very disappointing experience. I purchased Shark Ninja vacuum cleaner in this store, that didn't perform to the promised parameters and claims, barely vacuuming at all. I wanted to return it, but the store representative rejected this, directing me to reach out Shark Ninja customers service, which wasn't the place I bought the product at.
It didn't feel like proper pro-customer approach at all.
Good service. Helpful staff. Competitive pricing.
