They have 15% restock fee for some electronics which makes it tough to buy gifts for people and not able to return with full refund.
Also the return period is 15 days for regular customers and 30 days for the members - membership fee 99$ per year

I love this store! Needed a new washer/dryer and Keegan & Manuel helped me get the ones I wanted. They both went above & beyond checking the various stores for availability so I could get delivered sooner. I highly recommend these incredible young men and their amazing work ethic in really taking care of me, the customer!
