Leased a new pc, a very expensive one. The pc after 2 months already has broken parts. This will be the second pc this has happened with. Last pc psu was faulty and I couldn’t return it. This pc 5070 ti graphic card is faulty and the aio is also going out. At this point I truly believe this company is incapable of having good parts. I also believe it’s more less a scam and they need investigated. I am 2000 grand down on this pc, money I will never see again and it’s already broken. I am reasonably intelligent on PCs and have many friends who built there own, which I recommend over buying a pre built from this sketchy company. What a sad joke of a company. That being said the workers are horrible, they recommend the wrong things in hope you spend more money, all while at the same time being as condescending as possible. Not sure why this company has declined so bad, but before Covid they sucked and now after it’s truly just a grave yard of broken things to sell to people who know very little about electronics and such. Just avoid this place.
